Abstract: The thermal management of power module is one of the key important issues for power conversion circuit design. SiC power module is expected to give less conduction and switching loss than conventional Si device, which enables to facilitate the thermal management of a power conversion circuit. This paper develops 2in1 Full-SiC power module and studies the applicability for 600V→300V, 15kW DC-DC buck converter. The feasible thermal design of SiC power module to serve rated operation of the converter circuit is discussed based on the elemental experiments. The developed full-SiC power module realized lower loss and smaller converter circuit than conventional-Si power module.

Abstract: This research has recognized the problems of temperature rise in most solar cell (PV: photovoltaic) modules currently utilized. First, if the temperature rises to 70~80°C, it damages the white-pipe tempered glasses used on the module surface and reduces the module lifespan to a significant extent. Also, if the temperature is risen by 1°C, the modules excluding a thin film module would show efficiency degradation by approx. 0.45~0.55%. To address such problems, if a cooling system is used to lower the average temperature of the PV module, its lifespan and power generation amount increase. In order to maximize the power generation efficiency and cooling device usage by establishing a control system, this research seeks to explore the following goals.

Abstract: The goal of I-V characteristic measurement of photovoltaic (PV) module is to reduce uncertainty not only for PV laboratories but also for manufacturers. This paper presents the results comparison and data analysis between two PV laboratories. Even though both laboratories have obtained the ISO 17025 certificate, the I-V results show inevitable deviation. The cause of deviation depends on photovoltaic scale traceability of laboratory, system bias, internal quality control measures and other uncertainty sources. The analysis also shows that the PV scale traceability is the most important factor to reduce result deviation among laboratories and measurement uncertainty. The various contributions to the result deviation are critically illustrated for different traceability chains. Besides, the calibration method of reference photovoltaic devices (reference cell or module), spatial uniformity of irradiance and I-V data acquisition unit should be paid more attention as well.

Abstract: With the constant improvement of network system, network environment has made people's life become convenient. Especially that the clothing network marketing has become the main way of people's daily consumption. Through combing three dimensional fitting system with online marketing, the current disadvantage of that online clothing sale is merely displayed with pictures is changed. This paper has made brief analysis for three dimensional fitting system and online marketing, put forwarded several technical support for fitting system design, and selected the optimal technology, then emphasized the analysis of online marketing platform. Platform design is divided into 5 modules, then corresponding model and method is adopted to perform simple analysis and introduction by aiming at each module, while data processing is the core of system, detailed treating processes is given. Then the key technology of realizing this design is introduced, it has provided corresponding software and hardware resources for online marketing of three dimensional fitting systems.

Abstract: In this paper we have shown and discuss the problematic of self-reconfigurable robots. Self-reconfigurable robots are modular robots that can dynamically and intelligently reconfigure their shape and size to accomplish difficult missions. This paper gives an chosen aspects of self-reconfigurable robotics with regards to individual aspects (technical, control, morphology) and basic consideration to the description of some individuality at this area.

Abstract: Short circuit currents or forces during transport can cause mechanical displacements of transformer windings. The transfer function method is presented as a tool to detect these displacements. In order to discover the hidden trouble of the transformer, in this paper, an on-line monitoring system based on FRA method is developed, the hardware performs the main functions: signal injection, filtering, amplifying, signal conditioning, and storing the result in computer. The software includes four modules: user login, data acquisition, data analysis, data query. Finally, the monitoring system is validated by a corresponding experimental study.

Abstract: Kinematic and force analysis of robot in which each module has the adaptive electric drive is considered. The adaptive electric drive contains electric motor and adaptive transmission mechanism with two degrees of freedom. Definability of motion of the adaptive electric drive is confirmed by experimental check. The adaptive drive is extremely simple in design. It has transfer ratio depending on loading only at the expense of mechanical properties and does not demand any control. The equations of adaptive mechanism parameters interconnection are developed. Stop regime of motion at motionless end-effector of the module allows to avoid an overloading and to overcome emergencies. In the robot with adaptive drives of modules the stop regime of motion can be overcome at the expense of motions of other modules leading to decrease of resistance.
