Abstract: The resulting monomer is N,N-diallylaminoethanoic acid and a polymer based on it. The structure of the monomer and polymer is confirmed by physicochemical methods. The toxic properties of poly-N,N-diallylaminoethanoic acid were investigated on the Drosophila melanogaster test system. The results obtained allow us to conclude that poly-N,N-diallylaminoethanoic acid in concentrations of 1 % does not have a toxic effect.

Abstract: UV-Curable Coatings, Have been Widely Used in Machinery, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Medicine, Electronics and so on, due to their Fast Curing, Low Curing Temperature, Low VOC Emissions and Low Energy Cost. however, the Volume Shrinkage during the Curing Process Have a Great Influence on the Performance of the Coating, which Ofen Lowering Coating Adhesive Strength and Accelerating the Aging Process of Coatings Film. The Paper Select Different Kinds of Monomers (EOEOEA, HDDA, TPGDA, NPGDA, TMPTA and EO3- TMPTA) and Light Cured Resin (free Radical Type: Polyester Acrylate Resin 5600, Polyurethane Acrylate UA VP 2396, the Pure Acrylic 6536-1,cationic Resin: Epoxy Cationic Resin Omnilance OC3005) to Prepare the UV Curing Coatings. Study on the Influence of Amount of Monomer and Polymer on Polyreaction Reaction by Using Orthogonal Experimental Design Method in Order to Choose the Monomer and Polymer that has the Least Volume Shrinkage Rate, then Develop Photocureable Coating Based on Free Radical Type and Cationic Resin above. the Results Indicate that the UV-Light Photocureable Coating Prepared by Single Functionality Monomer EOEOEA and the DPGDA that Doesn’t Have Neat Molecular Structure has the Less Volume Shrinkage Rate; however, in the Aspect of Prepolymer, the Preparation of UV-Light Photocureable Coating Based on Polyester Acrylate 5600 has the Least Volume Shrinkage Rate. Rely on the Experiment Results above, Prepare the New Kind of UV-Light Photocureable Coating that has Little Volume Shrinkage Rate.

Abstract: UV-LED inkjet ink is a promising environmental ink which has advantages as higher reaction speed, higher efficiency and energy saving, better environmental protection, its research and development can contribute to realizing green printing and its important for food packing security. Monomer is the important component of the UV-LED ink, in order to investigate the impact of monomer on dispersivity of UV-LED inkjet ink, seven kinds of monomers were chosen to prepare cyan color paste respectively and test their particle size and distribution. Then the ratio of co-monomers was achieved by formulation experiment to obtain the best dispersivity. In order to improve the performance of the UV-LED inkjet ink, different monomers were used to make ink samples separately, viscosity, surface tension, curing rate of the ink and flexibility and adhesion were tested. In the end, the ratio of co-monomers was achieved by formulation experiment to obtain the best overall performance. The results show that the monomer has a significant influence on the dispersion and curing rate of the UV-LED inkjet ink, but also has a great impact on film-forming properties of the ink after UV-LED curing.

Abstract: In order to improve the hydrophilic performances, the surface of poly films was modified through grafting polymerization of styrene (ST) initiated by ultraviolet (UV) in ethanol/water mixture solution. The effects of irradiation time, concentration of inhibitor (ferrous ammonium sulfate) on the grafting degree of ST will be investigated. The original and grafted poly films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Static contact angle (CA), to characterize the chemical changes of the poly film surface. The results showed that the hydrophilic of poly films was improved significantly than that of the original film. The contact angle of PO-g-ST increased from 70° to 120.4° over a critical grafting degree of 26.35%, the hydrophilic of PP membranes improved dramatically.

Abstract: Rosin, an abundant renewable natural resin obtained from exudation of pine trees, has attracted a great deal of attention because of its utilization as a feedstock for the preparation of polymers in the age of the depletion of fossil fuels. Dehydroabietic acid (DA) is one of important resin acid that could be produced with large scale and high purity. In this paper, we reported a new synthetic strategy to prepare a novel resin acid based monomer with acrylic group (DAHA) by sequential reaction of DA with 1,6-hexanediol and acryloyl chloride. The structure and properties of DAHA and DA monoester of 1,6-hexanediol (DAH), an intermediate compound, were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, DSC and GPC. The results showed that DAHA has high purity and could undergo free radical polymerization. DAHA is a soft monomer with the glass transition temperature of-23.52 °C and can impart flexibility to the polymer integrated. This study illustrates a new synthetic strategy to prepare a new class of resin acid based monomer.

Abstract: The terpolymer was synthesized by AM, AA and AMPS. The effects of the content of AA and AMPS, the amount of initiator, the neutralization degree, reaction temperature, reaction time and monomer concentration on terpolymer viscosities were studied. Then it draws the best conditions of this polymerization: monomer quality ratio(AM:AMPS: AA) is 10:2:1, the amount of initiator is between 0.20% and 0.25%, the neutralization degree is 90%, the reaction temperature is 30°C , the reaction time is 4 hours, the total monomer concentration is 21%. Finally, it draws a conclusion that the polymer is a kind of terpolymer which is synthesized by AM, AA and AMPS with the help of the IR spectroscopy.

Abstract: Four kinds of monomers were chosen to prepare ink to research the effect of monomer on the ink transfer performance of UV waterless offset and improve the printing quality. The rheological properties such as viscosity, yield value, thixotropy and stickiness were tested and the ink transfer equation was built, the ink transfer rate was calculated and the effect of monomer on the ink transfer performance was analyzed through the ink transfer experiment. The research results show that the type of monomers has large impact on the rheological properties of UV waterless offset, so the ink transfer performances with different kinds of monomers are different. And the viscosity, thixotropy, yield value and stickiness of the ink with TPGDA and EOEOEA are little, the ink transfer performance is better.
