Abstract: The accuracy of CNC machine-tools is heavily influenced by the correct tuning of the feed drives controllers. While an initial tuning is performed by the machine-tool manufactures, in time the values have to be changed by the user in order to preserve positioning and contouring accuracy of the machine. This paper presents a model of a CNC feed drive, for a particular CNC machine-tool, but with a high degree of generality. The objective is to provide the user the necessary knowledge, together with a simple, yet accurate simulation tool, in order to assist him in the process of tuning the controllers.

Abstract: In this paper, an online inspection system is developed based on TDNC-H8 open CNC system. The system includes motion control, program management, the preservation and processing of the result and other functions. To check the rationality of inspection route, optimize and modify the inspection program, avoid accidental collision, online inspection simulation function is developed with Visual C++ programming tool and OpenGL graphics library.

Abstract: Motion axes should coordinate exactly in order to get high contouring accuracy. Gain matching is one of the coordinating problems. In this paper, gain matching effects on contouring accuracy are analyzed for both full-closed and half-closed control loop structures. A simple gain matching model is proposed in order to reduce the contouring error caused by unmatched gains of a multi-axis motion control system. According to this model, the contouring error can be reduced by tuning the proportional gain in the position loop of each axis. Finally, experiments are made to verify the proposed model, and the results show that the gain matching model can effectively reduce the contouring error of both linear and circular trajectory of motion control systems.

Abstract: The experimental researches presented in this paper are aimed to improve the manufacturing accuracy of a contouring machine together with an approach to eliminate the errors which lead to a less precise part after machining. In order to eliminate the errors, the machine's feed drives were tuned leading to a more precise part. In order to validate the proposed approach, the accuracy of the machine was tested before and after the tuning process.

Abstract: This paper presents some simulation based upon a dynamic model of a feed-drive within the structure of a CNC machine tool. A DC servomotor was considered as actuation device for the feed drive. For a given set of parameters for the position controller, two fuzzy types of fuzzy controllers were tested by means of simulation. The first fuzzy controller was a proportional one, with one input and one output, while the second one was a two variables one, with two inputs and one outputp.

Abstract: The integrated system concept involves the development of the mechanization and automatization of the handling, transfer storage and assembly operations in process at the same level with the actual processing operations. For safe handling and to not introduce errors during a trial robot technology, the movement of the object to be manipulated and controlled before both gripper and attached equipment manufacturing plant so that the position of technology and technology base gripping be a unique link. The paper analyzed a device sensing and motion control in robotic technology systems and the technological equipment and targets the complex phenomenon of sliding (moving object manipulated during the technological process)

Abstract: As to a 6-DOF wire-driven parallel manipulator in the application of virtual flight experiment of wind tunnel, the high precision motion control of supported aircraft model has been researched. First, the integrated dynamic model of the system has been established, and a proportional and differential controller has been designed on the base of position feedback. Finally, the numerical simulation of motion control system has been done in the example of 6-DOF motion. The analysis result shows that the high precision motion control can be achieved by PD control law for aircraft model, and the system stability could be improved by selecting wire tension coefficient properly, which can provide theoretical reference and support for virtual flight experiment of complex model and has great practical application value.

Abstract: The paper presents a new s-curve trajectories control method of stepper motor with the analysis of some controlling graph. The authors construct a s-curve trajectories using two parabolic, get some speed points through discrete s-curve, then gradually update these points in motor control program. It makes the soft controlling of Stepper motor’s automatic rising and falling speed come true.

Abstract: Carrier-attacker controls are involved in navigation control and attitude stabilization control. Modes of navigation control and channels of the longitudinal and lateral-directional are analyzed to solve the problem of carrier-attacker controls before launching air-ground guiding weapons. The homing rules design and the control realization of course, pitch, altitude and velocity are studied. At last, the ways and means is approached to experiment and test them by half material object simulation on ground.
