Abstract: Various uncertain factors affect the movement of the welding robot, thus welding gun tend to deviate from the theory of welding position which reduces the welding accuracy, of which the revolute pair clearance have an greater effect on the movement of the welding robot. In order to study the influence of revolute pair clearance to the end pose accuracy of welding robot, the mathematical model of revolute pair clearance was established, and the software SolidWorks was used for establishing the welding robot model, making simulations of the mechanical arm with joint clearance and no joint clearance. At last, the movement characteristic of the hinge shaft is attained. The simulation results showed that the shaft velocity and displacement of mechanical arm with joint clearance has a certain degree of fluctuation, which affecting the end pose accuracy of welding robot , and reducing the movement stability and the welding accuracy of welding robot.

Abstract: Multi-jet ejection is the key factor to promote the industrial application of electrospinning technology. Simulation model based on Maxwell theory was built up to investigate the ejection and motion behaviors of multi charged jets. The charge Coulomb repulsive force among adjacent jet was introduced into the simulation model, which enhanced the instability motion and promoted the stretching process of charged jets. The stretching ratio of charged jet increased with the increasing of injection distance, applied voltage, distance between spinneret and collector. But stretching ratio of charged jet decreased with the increasing of distance between charged jets. Stretching ratio in multi-jet electrospinning was larger than that in single-jet electrospinning. The maximal stretching ratio of charged jet was larger than 9000 in the nine jets electrospinning mode. This work provided a good method to investigate the controlling technology of multi-jet electrospinning.

Abstract: A current study regarding the development of a rehabilitation device for lower extremity is presented. The device is specifically designed for rehabilitation of post-stroke patients who encounter walking weakness. The rehabilitation device is categorized as an active device that is power-driven by a DC motor. Its design was the outcome of improvements to counter the problems existed in the a newly developed prototype. A motion simulation was used to ratify the motion capability of the proposed design in the modelling design process. Analysis of kinematic and dynamic behavior of the motion simulation has been carried out. The smoothness of the mechanical movement and the linear velocity provided by the device are acceptable as additional work of the design process. Based on a statistical analysis, the study found that there is no significant difference from the motor torque requirement even though the angular velocity of the motor was changed substantially.

Abstract: According to complex structure, long production cycle, low efficiency and high training cost of printing machine, the printing machine motion simulation system based on virtual reality is presented. The system used J2205 as the research object and needed Solidworks mechanical modeling software to build 3D models and assemble into the printing machine. Then the assembly was imported into 3Dsmax to map, render and make animation. Through Virtools_Max_Exporter plug-in the digital model was saved as nmo format. After analyzing dynamics principle of printing machine parts, we used script language and the corresponding algorithm provided by Virtools to realize interaction and motion simulation. At last, the system was exported as exe format which can run without Virtools environment. The system realizes the application of Virtools in mechanical industry. Users can 360°view the printing machine, the assembly and printing process. It has an important significance in printing industry, education and training.

Abstract: Double-column vehicle lift is a lifting equipment commonly used in auto repair and maintenance units, which is widely applied to the repair and maintenance of small vehicles such as cars. The design is a double-column vehicle lift driven by hydraulic. It mainly consists of lifting device, synchronous drive, column and bracket arm. The hydraulic circuit of hydraulic lifting device is designed. Currently, the articles concerning solidworks in the design of hydraulic drive lift only focus on unilateral appliance. When it comes to the design of the system, most of them concentrate on part modeling, virtual assembly, finite element analysis of parts ,etc, or a partial function of certain lifting machine. Seldom of them make a systematic research concerning motion stimulation. This paper, however, makes a three-dimensional virtual modeling for the lifting machine by the use of solidworks. In addition, it makes a structure verification of lift with assembly and motion simulation.

Abstract: A new upper limb exoskeleton mechanical structure for rehabilitation train and electric putters were used to drive the upper limb exoskeleton and kinematics simulation was carried. According to the characteristics of upper limb exoskeleton, program control and master - slave control two different ways were presented. Motion simulation analysis had been done by Pro/E Mechanism, the motion data of electric putter and major joints had been extracted. Based on the analysis of the movement data it can effectively guide the electric putter control and analysis upper limb exoskeleton motion process.

Abstract: Aiming at the current situation of long cycle and high cost for planetary reduction gears designing and manufacturing in the field of engineering machinery, analysis on the environment has been established by using reducer virtual prototype in this paper, simultaneously the article brings forward a strong realization system from virtual simulation to finite element analysis. The results show that the virtual prototype model possesses high reliability and rapid correction method, it can shorten the design cycle greatly, and the method has certain practical application value.

Abstract: The study on virtual scene technology began in the 1950 s, and virtual scene technology is widely applied in game, GIS and virtual experiment. Motion simulation technology is widely applied in industrial control and machinofacture. The combination of virtual scene and motion simulation not only has accuracy and real-time, but also has interaction and immersion. The paper uses visual simulation platform of vehicles ESP experiment as the application background, and discusses the problems including communication and data conversion appearing in the cohesion of virtual scene and motion simulation technology.

Abstract: This article includes basic information about 418V dump car. It presents most important technical data and possible applications of the wagon. It also involves main advantages and disadvantages of implicated technical solutions. Main part refers to the wall opening simulation carried out using the Siemens NX 8.5 software [4,5]. Analysis of the behaviour of mechanisms allowed to examine stages of the opening process and delivered valuable data about angular displacement of the side-board. Siemens NX 8.5 software was used in order to conduct side-boards opening simulation. Research was based on existing 3D model of 418V dump car applied into Siemens Motion Simulation module. It involved dividing model into particular elements (‘Links’), defining movement relations between them (‘Joints’), setting up a STEP function and finally creating a new solution. Research resulted in a complex side-board opening simulation. It allowed to define an angular displacement of particular, important parts. Mechanisms were proven to work safely and without any collisions between elements. Outcome of this article may be used in further research referring to the 418V dump car.
