Abstract: According to the fact that it need several tests to determine the size and motion parameters of the flapping-wing aircraft in the development processes, the paper proposed a design scheme of flapping wing system experimental platform. Separately from the scheme, the system platform, driving mechanism design, motion parameters change, described in detail the design and implementation of this innovation experiment platform. Users can simulate and debug the platform system to determine the performance of the flapping-wing mechanism.

Abstract: The human model in this paper is simplified as a rigid body of 15 segments and the Roberson-Wittenberg method is used to establish the equation of conservation of angular momentum to obtain the control methods of human self-rotation without external force in a weightless environment. And simulation of human dynamic is completed in ADMAS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of mechanical Systems). The simulation results show that human can generate corresponding body rotation through own limbs rotation in the weightless, and body rotation velocity and angle increase with the moment of inertia and rotational velocity of active body that adds greater torque to joint. Through the analysis of the impact of the angular velocity and torque on the body rotation, a set of self-rotation control strategy for astronaut is proposed in weightless environment.

Abstract: A gear-linkage mechanism, composed of a planetary gear mechanism and a four-bar mechanism, has the characteristic of step-cyclical output rotation under a reasonable geometric parameters. The analysis of stepping movement of the base unit and the motion characteristic of the combined mechanism was made, and the parameter equation was figured out. Motion simulation was carried out to analyze the influence of transmission ratio on the variation of the output shaft angular displacement, which proved that the output steps was in correspondence with , and as value of increasing, the rollback of the output motion was more apparent. The gear-linkage mechanism can be applied to engines, pumps and compressors.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with auto-body frames and roof structures against rollover motion which could take place frequently with TWVs compared to FWVs because of the major difference of the loading between the two motions. Topology optimization is utilized for conceptual design and preliminary design of the roof structure for various loading conditions. The roof structure for TWV consists of existing part of FWV and a new part called Cross-bar reinforcement. Although a test method for regulation of roof strength is with static loading, simulations are carried out for both static and dynamic cases. In the dynamic loading case, rate-dependency of a material needs to be considered for accurate results of FE analysis.

Abstract: In Pro/E environment, it gived the details about parameteric designs on cam contour curve. By 3D parameterized modeling, motion simulation and analysis of cam, the process planning and tool travel-paths generating were given. G-Codes program was automatically generated too. At last, the integrated design on CAM/CAPP/CNC for cam components is realized.

Abstract: Taking disk cam mechanism with translating follower as an example, this paper introduces a method of rapid parameter design for disk cam contour through motion simulation platform Inventor 2009, by which the cam entity can be produced in accuracy. The function of motion simulation of Inventor 2009 is fully used to check the design, so that the efficiency of product design could be greatly improved.

Abstract: Globoidal indexing cam mechanism is the spatial indexing mechanism of high speed, high precision and widely used in modern machine and automatic production line.But the working profile of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism is not fair for the space curved surface and it is difficult to model. The traditional design method requires a great deal of calculation, and the design process is complexed, we have to repeat the entire design process when changing any parameters, lead to low design efficiency and poor universality. To solve above disadvantages, this paper used the space meshing principle and space coordinate transformation method, based on 3 d modeling software Pro/ENGINEER, using vc + + and Pro/toolkit for secondary development, realize the parametric modelling of globoidal indexing cam mechanism, and the simulation and analysis of the generated cam mechanism.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing assembly process of main structural components in CA6140 lathe, 3D models for those components were established with CAD software UGNX6.0. Virtual assembly and motion simulation of the structure parts were performed with virtual technology. A set of virtual assembly system of CA6140 engine lathe was developed with programming software Visual Basic 6.0. It contains six main modules about spindle box, feed box, apron, tailstock, turret, etc. Dynamic simulation and motion simulation of the corresponding components in entity lathe can be realized, respectively. And also, mechanical structure, working principle, assembly relation between different components and motion transmission process of the lathe can be realistically reproduced with the system. This virtual assembly system not only can be used to analyze and transform old products, but also can be used in new products development, and to some extent, can be used to replace the prototype. It is an indispensable tool in the employee training and mechanical engineering activities.

Abstract: With the increasing of market demand for finned tube and fin tube processing equipment in China continued to deepen, the problems of the inefficient study design a new type of finned tube winding machine in order to solve the traditional winding machine problem such as low efficiency and the unstable quality. Using a design method for assembly , complete design parameters to calculate the main structure of the feeding and winding device and implementing the device on three dimensional Assembly based on CATIA modeling process. Finally, to verify the overall structural design rationality, we have created a virtual prototype of finned tubes and motion simulation and the collision detection also be done.
