Abstract: It will use SolidWorks to design structure of Manipulator and to establish the Three-dimensional Modeling based on automated welding robot of Shanghai Bamac Electric Technology Co., Ltd.,then by using the plug of simulation and motion of SolidWorks, it will focus on the Motion Simulation and Finite Element Analysis of the Manipulator. Finally the trajectory and the work space of the Manipulate can be received, and provide a basis of manipulator analysis in order to optimize the manipulator for the company.

Abstract: The motion cycle chart of cam mechanisms of ATC was designed, the contour surface equation of globoidal indexing cam and the roller center trajectory equation of plane groove cam were established. Based on the idea of modular design and the SolidWorks, a CAD system of cam mechanisms of ATC was developed by using SolidWorks API and VC++ 6.0. Then the assembly model was built under the circumstance of SolidWorks directly. Meanwhile, the movement of cam mechanisms was simulated so that the reasonableness of the design was verified.

This research is a hot research direction in the field of computer vision in recent years. Because of the complexity of the problem and the lack of understanding of the nature of the human visual tracking based on video is always a difficult problem in computer vision. The research content of this article is set in sports training, for motion analysis of non-contact, no interfere with measurement and simulation requirements, the use of computer graphics and computer vision technology, discussing 3D human motion simulation technology based on video analysis.

Abstract: Automatically clean the window of solar energy through horizontal and vertical two-dimensional motion, realize to locate at any point on the plane seen on window glass and cleaning of the glass, by using Pro/E mechanism analysis module, solar automatically cleaning the window of mechanism motion model is established, based on the simulation and analysis on the three dimensional digital design model, simulate the clean window wiper working conditions in the real environment and the feasibility of judgment, based on complete solar automatically clean the window of prototype production. Automatically clean the window of the test results show that the solar energy can realize automatic clean window function, can save labor costs, reduce labor intensity and labor risk.

Abstract: The technology development of the large gantry machine has been more and more popular, which is on the basis of the development of modern processing method and generalization of complex products. In order to reduce non-cutting time and improve machining efficiency, a large capacity of chain tool library was introduced in this paper, the structure of the whole chain tool library and tool changer were designed firstly, and then the simulation of automatic tool changer was conducted in the UG to verify the correctness of the movement. Finally, the design parameters were optimized according to the simulation results. And we can obtain the most appropriate motion rule by adjusting design parameters in the process of digital machining simulation.

Abstract: During the manufacture of complete denture, the most important step is to design and generate the dental arch curve which adapts to the requirement of patients according to the jaw arch morphology of them. It is important to study the optimization method of the number and position of control point for the dental arch generator. On the basis of motion analysis of the dental arch generator, objective function, multivariate design and constraint function of control point optimization of dental arch generator is determined. Control points number and position of the dental arch generator is optimized. Simulation results verify the feasibility of control point optimization method.

Abstract: When observing the WWD-0.8/10 air compressor that was noiseless and oilless, its vibration and noise were large. These phenomena were related to air compressors reciprocating inertial force and overturning moment which were separately depended on pistons acceleration and forces of connecting rod. Movement mechanisms three-dimensional solid model establishment, virtual assembly and motion simulation were accomplished by Pro/E. The main procedures were introduced in the paper. Many important metrical data obtained about pistons acceleration and forces of connecting rod by motion simulation could supply necessary references for air compressors dynamic optimizations.

Abstract: For the particularity of the environment in nuclear industry, this paper puts forward a modularized mechanical arm with postpositional drive. On the basis of structural characteristics and kinematic constraints, the kinematics of robotic arm is analyzed. The D-H method is used for describing the workspace, based on considering the kinematic constraints, the forward kinematics model is achieved. Using an improved search method, the inverse kinematics solution is obtained. Through the simulation on data processing software, the validity of positive kinematics model and inverse kinematic solutions are verified. Finally, the trajectory planning is completed on the three-dimensional modeling platform.

Abstract: Considering the self-structure of lithium-ion battery and features of lithium-ion battery casing machine, the detailed design and analysis were carried on the components of lithium-ion battery casing machine. The motion simulation and finite element analysis were conducted by ADAMS and MARC software. The results show that the structure is practicable and the design is reasonable.
