Abstract: the automobile constant velocity universal joint driving shaft is the important component in modern cars, its design is mainly to check the movement compatibility of parts. The constant velocity universal joints driving shaft is designed by three-dimensional solid modeling software UG, and the motion simulation model is build by multi-body dynamics simulation software to investigate the constant speed performance of constant velocity universal joints driving shaft, and check the motion trace of steel ball which is the key component of constant velocity universal joints. The results show that the constant speed performance is good, and the track design of star-like inner race is reasonable.

Abstract: Hydraulic support is important supporting equipment in fully mechanized coal mining. Its working performance and efficiency have relatively big effect for the efficiency of coal mining. Aiming at the characteristics of dynamic requirements, parametric design and simulation analysis of the hydraulic support, a multi-body kinetics based hydraulic support intelligent simulation design and analysis method is proposed. The three dimensional model of the support is set up with Solidworks, and then the 3D modeling is converted to ADAMS software for motion simulation. Some key components in the model are imported to ANSYS software to perform the finite element analysis to acquiring the optimized design variables.

Abstract: This paper aims to study the system of the compliant control for the polishing robot .Based on the mechanics model and dynamics equation that is established of the robot, the mechanical characteristics of the end of the grinding is analyzed. At the same time, the simulation of the movement for the robot is carried on by the ADAMS. By applying the constant load and the functional load on the polishing end, the force and torque diagram for each of the robot arm joint are obtained. At last, the conclusion that the force and the torque of the first joint is the largest can be obtained and the force of joint can keep the good constancy.

Abstract: This paper presents a parametric design method of the cam profile curve with UG NX, created the cam curves with law of the curve command, conducted curve continuity analysis with Curve Continuity Analysis command, and the results show that all adjacent curves are tangent continuous. This ensures the design accuracy. The velocity curve and the displacement curve were got through the cam motion simulation, and the motion analysis is consistent with the results of theoretical design. Expressions were changed, and the motion analysis show that the parametric design of the cam contour is reasonable.

Abstract: In the paper, parallel mechanism is applied to Marine stable platform field. The integrated model,which consists of mechanical system, hydraulic driving system and control system, is established by the software of dynamic analysis of mechanical system (Adams) and Matlab/Simulink. The simulation result shows the decent capability of hydraulic cylinders length tracking, however further improvement can be made. This research provides valuable and fundamental knowledge for the system design and optimization.

Abstract: To overcome the insufficient focusing efficiency of inflatable membrane solar concentrator after deployment, parametric design of a plurality of small size pre-forming reflection mirror was carried on by Pro/E software, and assembled into a mechanical concentrator structure. The expected motion process form folding state to working state was simulated. Unfolding trajectory curves and location curves are obtained. This will provide reference to deployable concentrator design and experiment.

Abstract: The development situation and prospects of the loader is mainly introduced, and to describe the loader movement simulation design of specific flow. The main parts three-dimensional solid modeling method and model assembly design process for the loader working device are described in detail. At the same time, the parts of mechanical structure for the loader working device carry on motion statics and strength analysis. Through the use of Pro/E in the loader working device to build 3D solid modeling, to realize the movement simulation of the loader working device process, and then to analyze the working device movement component in the course of the campaign that includes motor coordination relationship, motion range design, the possible movement interference check and other problems and outputs the results.

Abstract: his paper adopted Pro/E5.0 to do parametric structure design and virtual assembly for the whole boat shaped grass burying rotary tilling machine. The structure and function of grass burying rotary tilling blade roller was elaborated in the paper. This paper mainly did simulation analysis about the motion track of grass burying rotary tilling blade roller. The results showed that the forward speed of the machine had significant influence on the motion track of blade roller while at the certain rotational speed and gyration radius.

Abstract: Due to the high flow pulsation,the ordinary gear pump has large vibration, noise. A new structure named multi-gear pump was proposed. The model of the pump was established. The motion simulation was given to compare with common gear pump. The simulation analysis show that the pump tooth contact force pulse value is 0.296, which is about 25% lower than the common gear pump. Findings from the paper are supposed to provide a theoretical basis for the following experiments and to improve the life of gear.

Abstract: Underwater mooring platforms which anchored by the anchor and cable have a certain function of the platform mooring at a certain depth. In this paper, the motion model of underwater mooring system was built through analyseing the motion characteristics of the cable geometry and the force of the cable. And the motion simulation of underwater mooring platform with ocean current was done. The results show that the motion of underwater mooring platform is stable.
