Abstract: Based on the current market current situation of the development of multi-function, with the Human Factors Engineering research as the breakthrough point of the design, the existing defects and problems of the multifunctional sofa as a starting point, and designed a multifunctional sofa, it can not only perform the conversion of multi-function, but also can increase the more whistles and make it better and more conveniently used by modern families, especially in view of the family that the housing area is lesser. It can increase the utilization of the space, and raise interesting interaction between family members, increasing the emotion. With the improvement of living conditions, people begin to pay more attention to their own physical and mental health. As is known to all, sofa is the furniture that can be used to sit and lie. With the development of the society, the sofa also formed the different style and function. This article mainly starts from the multi-function of sofa, through the design of the structure, which can not only make sofa play it own functions, but also can make sofa become a place for children's activities and entertainment. Thus, it can help the family whose children are worried because of the lack of the recreation rooms, which make it not only have function, but also have certain ornamental feature and fashion sense

Abstract: Based on the current development of children's electric cars on the market, the design takes human engineering research as the starting point. Analyzing the defects and problems of the existing children's electric vehicle, we decide to design a multi-function electric vehicle for children. It not only can perform multi-function conversion, but also increase the additional subordinate function. Eventually it can be used better and more convenient. What’s more, it can improve the comfort and utilization of the conversion. Since reform and opening up, the national economy is at the rapid development. People's living standard has been gradually improved, and now people are longing for a better life, which can be reflected in the daily choice and requirements of children's car. Children are the hope of every family, so early children's small cars have become one of the important furniture parents value. This paper research and analyze the existing problems in the use of electric vehicles for children. Based on the practical and functional design concept, the paper redesign the structure of children's electric vehicle and expand its use function.

Abstract: The system test results show that the system modules can run normally. When the infrared detection circuit, Zigbee accept module detects information, microcontroller will drive the relay open the lights and headlamp unit, or shut down. In the display, dot matrix can work normally, can carry on the automatic control the fan, DHT11 sensor to detect the indoor temperature, can work normally. Through repeated tests, ZigBee protocol based on HOLTEK microcontroller remote intelligent control system successfully developed bath bully.

Abstract: The bed body of a nursing bed robot employs robotic multiple freedom structure and is controlled by multi-axis coordinating. It can assist to turn over the body, position adjustment and defecating by controls of many modes such as push-button, speech recognition and nursing robot’s remote operation. The collaborative work of nursing robot and nursing bed robot provide the possibility for the home unmanned nursing in the future.

Abstract: A multi-functional resistance furnace has been invented. Its main components include a normal resistance furnace and an electronic balance outside the furnace. The weight of the sample being heated inside the furnace was transmitted through a set of attachments and measured by the balance. Both the real-time furnace temperatures and the sample weights were recorded by a computer. Thermogravimetric curves then can be obtained. The present setup is advantageous over the traditional commercial thermogravimetric analyzers in analyzing samples with a large mass. The multi-functional furnace is cheap and may find important industrial applications such as raw materials thermal analysis or products oxidation or anti-oxidation tests.

Abstract: In this paper, a fitness device which could generate electricity was designed into rod group structure based on theoretical calculation and experiment. The device could make mechanical energy into electrical energy in process of fitness, and the storage power could used to daily life lighting and small household electrical appliances power. Physical prototype of the device was developed successfully, the actual test results show that, the safe load of the device was 100kg, the charging voltage was 5V and 12V. People could generated available energy in process of fitness, positivity of fitness for people were removed, in results, the device contained certain practical value of popularization.

Abstract: A novel vacuum cleaner was designed and tested. The testing results showed that the PM2.5 of new cleaner was130μg/m³, compared to the traditional one was 440μg/m³ when they were working in a same condition. After being used 4 months, the resistance of the new cleaner remained about 50Pa, while the traditional one was more than 200Pa. The filters replacement cycle of the novel cleaner was changed from 3 times a year to 1 time a year. The relative humidity and temperature were improved from 21% and 18^oC to 25^oC and 45% in the winter respectively. The amount of average bacterial content was changed from 3560 cfu/m³ to 1790 cfu/m³ in a closed ward of a hospital.

Abstract: The multifunctional stepper motor is built on the basis of ordinary stepper motor, combined with single chip microcomputer control system, dedicated driver chip STK672-040 and chip ULN2003A function, it can not only do the actual stepping motor testing but also can set out the particular function of stepper motor. In addition, the system can link an external circuit and cooperate with the external circuit to complete the work required.

Abstract: The texture and characteristics of surface have been becoming the leading factors to achieve the designed function of products successfully. So the measurement of surface texture is more and more important. A kind of new multi-function fusion measurement method for surface texture is presented in the paper. Four kinds of different scale measurement methods such as microscopy image measurement, vertical scanning white light interference measurement, white light interference nanoprobe measurement and white light interference diamond-probe measurement are fused for the surface texture multi-function fusion measurement in this method.
