Abstract: The construction of the airport triggers changes in land cover. These changes can be identified using remote sensing technology. The change analysis is conducted using Sentinel-2 imagery with a resolution of 10 meters. However, the results of the analysis are still quite general, as the imagery used cannot directly provide detailed information about the types of land use that are evolving. Therefore, based on the land cover changes, areas with the most dominant changes are selected for further analysis. These areas are then analyzed using very high-resolution imagery to determine the specific land use changes in 2022. The aim of this research is to map land cover changes in 2016-2022 using medium-resolution imagery in the YIA Strategic Area and examine the types of land use changes using high-resolution imagery in the Strategic Area of YIA based on the results of land cover changes. Land cover maps for 2016 and 2022 were obtained through multispectral classification using maximum likelihood algorithm on Sentinel-2 imagery. The overlay of both land cover maps indicates a decrease in the area for fields/fallow land, mixed gardens, ponds, rice fields, and open land. On the other hand, there was an increase in the area for residential buildings, roads, airport areas, and buildings used for industry, commerce, and offices. Based on the results of the hotspot analysis, the concentration of changes occurred around the airport, especially from non-building land cover to residential buildings, commercial industrial and offices. Detailed analysis using high-resolution satellite imagery (HRSI) show that the dominant objects that have developed include residential houses and boarding houses, residential complexes, hotels, schools, public facilities, healthcare facilities, and offices. Residential complexes, boarding houses, gas stations, hotels, schools, offices, and religious and health center were closely related to the presence of airports. Several objects were built because of the relocation of airport construction. For residential buildings, several objects were built because of the presence of the airport, and some were built because of personal interests.

Abstract: In this paper, a multi-level adaptive control algorithm using parameters self-tuning is proposed for improving the tracking performance of a class of SISO nonlinear systems. This scheme is comprised of the pseudo partial derivative estimation law and the adaptive control law. The adaptive control law is derived from a novel higher order weighted one-step-ahead criterion function which exploits more previous control information. In order to identify the laws’ penalty factors which partly imply the dynamics of the system, an approach of parameters self-tuning is proposed with on-line recursive gradient algorithm. This design is model free and depends directly on the pseudo partial derivative updating on-line with the input and output data Simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: In recent years, the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in the development of society plays a very important role. From the view of groundwater monitoring system, there are still a lot of problems, such as obsolete monitoring equipment, imperfect monitoring system. To solve these problems, by conducting studies of groundwater dynamic data acquisition and transfer of technology, research and development suited to China's national conditions groundwater monitoring series of instruments. Development of multi-level and multi-source remote management software base on network, build a set of groundwater dynamic data acquisition, storage, transmission, management, and remote control of the information service platform. It has been applied in a number of major projects for the construction and operation of the groundwater monitoring network in China to provide reliable monitoring equipment and management service software.

Abstract: Aiming at the access control problem of the cloud service platform, puts forward the control scheme of multi-level system for multi type coordination.By the definition of cloud services platform multi access control object system,constructs multidimensional Boolean relation matrix. The semantic relation of Boolean matrices, design of large-scale complex network node control system model, and simulate the hierarchical network loop control model.Through the analysis of network model, shows that the research results can better support for cloud services platform in multi-level access, dynamic authorization complexity problems in management control.

Abstract: We report a temporary resistive switching (RS) behavior of Cu2O based heterostructure. The Cu2O films were deposited by PLD method under different oxygen pressure (10-2 Pa and 10Pa). The results show that the RS performance of Cu2O (10Pa) is better than that of Cu2O (10-2 Pa). The Cu2O (10Pa) based heterostructure shows high resistive switching ratio of over 103 at read voltage of -0.5V after applied 3V/-5V pulse voltages. Moreover, the resistance states could be switched reversibly among multilevel resistance states by changing the magnitude of set or reset pulse voltages. It is demonstrated that the RS mechanism agrees with the carrier injection-trapped/detrapped process at the interface.

Abstract: A multilevel multiobjective platform for structural sizing reproducing the sequence of actions taken during design and structural sizing in industry is presented in this paper. This platform is integrated at two design levels labeled as Preliminary Design Level and Detailed Design Level. The set of design variables can be divided into a group of variables describing the main conceptual layout that affect the dimensions and architecture of the model and a second group of variables influencing the material and mechanical behavior. This kind of approach can be effective if it is possible to separate the constraints that are strongly dependent on the design variables of different design levels.

Abstract: In this paper, we present a multilevel feature points extracting and displaying method for point-based models to improve the fast detecting of the multilevel feature of large-scale models. Our algorithm is built upon a non uniform partitioning feature point-octree data structure. We adopt covariance analysis method to estimate the surface variation, and feature parameter in local surfaces to describe the feature. The bigger the feature parameter is, the greater likelihood the point becomes a feature point. During the process of building point-octree, feature parameter is related to each LOD node. When displaying, we combin this feature point-octree with an improved particle swarm optimizer (PSO) algorithm to implement multilevel feature fast displaying according to viewpoint and feature level.

Abstract: A high efficiency switch-mode power amplifier based on a cascaded multicell multilevel circuit topology is introduced in the paper. A multicell topology being operated in a unipolar phase-shifted PWM control to switch-mode amplifier system is introduced. After analysising a single-phase H-bridge unipolar PWM inverter’s output, the paper emphasis on the researching of the output of a Cascaded Multilevel Class-D Power Amplifier. The paper analyzes the advanced characteristic of the cascaded multilevel technique. Then a cascaded multilevel class-D power amplifier is built in the laboratory. The result of measurement shows a good following performance and stability.

Abstract: Student is the subject of the experimental teaching activities, cultivating the ability of independent study and technological innovation is the main aspect in experimental teaching reform. This paper analyzed the problems of traditional teaching model, explored and practiced the multilevel experimental teaching pattern which is based on the blended learning, it made the teachers fully play the leading role, and it fully reflected the subject status of students, it also roused the enthusiasm of students by the use of multi-platforms, media and environments. The multilevel experimental teaching pattern which is based on the blended learning can effectively cultivate the innovation ability of students, and it has achieved good results in practice.

Abstract: With the use of power electronic equipments and increasing nonlinear loads, the problems of quality of power supply becomes serious. Different kinds of loads need different active power filter (APF). Performance of APF depends on the design of main circuit. In this paper, the principle of APF and many kinds of structure of main circuit are presented. Multilevel, injection circuit and multiplicity are analyzed. A combined controller, the combination of PI controller and fuzzy controller, is applied to voltage control of DC side.
