Abstract: Reliability allocation is a collection problem of engineering decision, multiple factors comprehensive balance and process optimization. Considering that both the factors that influenced the reliability allocation and their weights have the characteristics of uncertainty, which always be ignored .Therefore a subjective and objective combined weights method that combined the entropy method and Interval analysis method was proposed. Taking NC grinding machine as an example, firstly, establish the reliability objective function based on the minimum discrimination information principle, and employ the Lagrange multiplier to get the combined weights of the 6 factors. Then use the fuzzy comprehensive allocation method to obtain the reliability allocation results, which was compared with the actual accumulated data, so that the feasibility and effectiveness of this method was verified.

Abstract: Based on the characters of NC lathe and NC grinding machine, the NC grinding machine rebuilding for TG30 NC lathe is studied in this paper. According to the geometric parameters of grinding, choose appropriate TG30 NC lathe, keep the driving system of spindle and the feeding function of two axle linkage of NC lathe, increase the high speed rotating grinding head electric spindle, to realize the one-time processing of inner hole and groove fillet R grinding.

Abstract: With the help of the infrared camera temperature measurement technology, the systemic theoretical analysis and experimental research for temperature field and thermal error distribution in NC grinding machine is provided. Two different situations for temperature field and thermal error distribution are respectively measured while the free and loaded grinding by the new measurement method. The mathematical model of thermal error is built, and it shows that the actual error and the forecasted error from thermal error mathematical model have good comparability.

Abstract: The different uses of NC grinding machine with ganged revolving spindle and the requirements to NC grinding machine for several special uses are discussed. A multifunctional three axes ganged NC grinding machine with patent right is introduced. Its ganged revolving spindle is changeable. Therefore it can meet the requirements of different uses. When the ganged revolving spindle works as headstock spindle, the NC grinding machine can be used for machining cylindrical cam, plate cam, noncircular shaft and so on. When the ganged revolving spindle works as a revolving spindle of dresser, the NC grinding machine can be used for dressing form wheels with multifarious curved generatrices accurately. With simple mechanism, wide flexibility and simple NC programming, it is especially fit for laboratory use. A new-style NC dresser with invention patent right is also introduced.
