Abstract: A new type of machining method called half-spread-out helix modified roll is used to carry out numerical control machining and simulation of spiral bevel gears in this paper. The transformation from traditional machine tool adjustment parameters into processing input parameters of five-axis CNC machining center was realized. The simulated gear model of this machining method is obtained, and the coordinates of its tooth surface points are compared with points coordinates of theoretical tooth surface which are generated according to the traditional machining method. From the comparison, the correctness of this numerical control machining model is verified.

Abstract: Taking the CY4105 crankshaft mould as the research target, this paper introduced the CNC machining method based on CAD/CAM technique. At first, structure of the mould was introduced. Then, machining method was introduced, including blank setting method, cutting tool selection, machining method selection and technological parameters setting method. After that, generation method of the mould machining programs was introduced, including tool path and G codes generation. At last, the mould was machined by a vertical machining center, and the results show that the machining accuracy is high.

Abstract: IIn the plate cutting NC machining field, aiming at how to choose processing method, determine the processing trajectory and other issues, a simulation method was proposed for auxiliary processing production process using computer, in order to achieve in the short time to find the optimum processing path and complete the check NC code. On this issue, based on the 3D simulation system based on OpenGL, the simulation with NC graphics NC code to check the set in one, the full realization of the virtual machining a sheet, greatly improving the efficiency of the plate processing.

Abstract: The realization of the tip arc radius compensation in NC machining process based on FANUC CNC system were presented in this paper. The reasons on the processing of machining error caused by nose radius were analyzed. The tip bearing of the tool on the rear tool carriage on the NC lathe with FANUC system was introduced.The application of tool nose round radius compensation in NC machining were showed by examples.

Abstract: Process parameters optimization is an important problem in numerical control machining, through the analysis of various factors affecting the cutting effect in cutting process, a mathematical model of cutting parameter optimization in NC machining is established and the constraint conditions are also determined in the paper. The article puts forward using genetic algorithm to realize the optimization of mathematical model, and the optimization analysis results are verified in practical processing. The experimental results show that the optimized cutting parameters can satisfy machining requests and improve the cutting efficiency.

Abstract: As a key component of turbine, the surface of turbine blade is usually designed to distorted variable cross-section surface, and the shape is very complex. This paper combines NURBS modeling theory and NC machining method, and use NC machining trajectory generation and simulation analysis by means of UG software. The results show that the method is effective for blade processing, and have a guiding role to the industrial production.

Abstract: Inverse design is the process of using a certain means of measurement to measure entity or model, and according to the measurements, refactoring physical CAD model through Three-dimensional geometric modeling methods. Basing on the little model, use reverse engineering methods, three-dimensional scanning technology and Raindrop Company produced the inverse engineering software to finish the reverse three-dimensional modeling design of little bear punch. Applying Master CAM to set parameters, simulation run, and automatically generate NC code, in the vertical machining center, complex curved surface NC machining of the model can be finished. In engineering practice, it can improve work efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of product development, and reduce the artificial error of the design.

Abstract: Based on NC machining principle of hypoid gears and NC machining with high efficiency quality, This paper discusses the feasibility of the hypoid gear processing, establishes the mathematical model of face gear wheel hypoid milling machining adjustment, that will be take the basic data into vertical machining center machine tool. Through analyze the principle of the oscillating tooth face gear transmission, and compared the structure differences between face gear and bevel gear, and the realization processing method of face gear is discussed by improving the bevel gear shaper.
