Abstract: The paper analyses the method of line contact machining which is for side milling. And researches the all-software CNC based on line contact machining which running on Win NT OS. The system controls the side-surface of the cutting tool to process the whole side of work piece at one time. Whats more, the system includes a graphics automatically programming system based on line contact of machining.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of machining work-pieces with complex space curved surface, a machining system was developed, and the rotary table with two sways is the most important part. The motion rules of machining work-pieces with complex space curved surface were analyzed, and the computer simulation of WEDM five-axis linkage system was put forward. Through running the simulation programs, the whole machining process of WEDM five-axis linkage system can be directly observed, and the satisfactory simulation results can be obtained. The NC machining system with five-axis linkage by WEDM was developed, and the complex curved surface work-pieces can be machined by combining the rotary table with two sways with the WEDM-HS machine tool. The key technology problem of machining work-pieces with complex space curved surface has been fundamentally solved, and the application range of WEDM-HS machine tool is widened, which suit the specific conditions in China.

Abstract: In order to meet the market demand for carpet sampling, designed a NC control system by analyzing the working principle of Axminster loom, the upper computer program could extract, analyze and process the pixel information from image and to communicate with the lower system instantaneity via Ethernet and send the information of the picture to the lower system. The lower system combines with the Servo control and motion control program, making each part of the system move precisely and coordinately. The system can make carpet sample more efficiently with high quality. The result showed that this control system has practical application value.

Abstract: NC systems are generally used in electromagnetic environment, so NC system should be designed for electromagnetic anti-disturbance in order to ensure system work normally. The main task of the electromagnetic compatibility is conducted around the three elements causing disturbance, which are the electromagnetic disturbance, propagate pathway and sensitive equipment. This article discusses grounding technology and electromagnetic compatibility requirement of NC system.

Abstract: This paper is to design the NC system for the strengthening and polishing machine. First, it designs the overall scheme of the system on the basis of taking all of the factors into account, and focuses on the injection system include its structure and working principle. Then, it combines with the main control flows in the mode of zero-return, manual and automation, and takes HUST H6C series CNC of Taiwan YITU Co., to deeply research the NC system for strengthening and polishing machine.

Abstract: This paper describes a method about curves interpolation. Linear interpolation and circular interpolation feature is often used in the NC system, however, the processing of complex curves have not correspondence interpolation instructions, but most of the NC system have function feature to achieve the processing of the complex curves. Here analyze how to establish the parameters equation of the cam profile, and how to compilate the corresponding processing programs with the function feature of NC system. Point out using the numerical control system's function may complete all kind of curve interpolation, that the curve has the definite functional relations. The establishment equation is the key using linear interpolation command G01 to realize curve processing. Using Variable function of the numerical control system to prepare CNC machining macro program, the programming is very convenient.

Abstract: An open architecture NC system of flame cutting machine applied in auto white-body welding line manufacturing is developed in this paper. The general planning and the composition of the NC system is presented based on IPC and Trio MC206 motion card, the hardware and software of the control system are designed detailedly. IPC management software developed by using C# language in Visual Studio 2008 and rock-bottom control program of Trio control card developed in Motion Perfect2 are realized. The application results show that the NC system of flame cutting machine is reliable and stable which can meet the requirements of auto white-body manufacturing perfectly.

Abstract: The compiled-typed NC system compiles NC program into object codes and sends them to slave computers. The object codes generated is a large amount of data. To ensure the data transmission fast and real-time, USB communication is adopted and researched in this paper. The design of USB driver program and communication program in the upper computer and slave computers is mainly introduced.

Abstract: To solve the conflict between OSs real time property and NC systems open and universal property [, a compiled-typed NC system is advanced based on analysis and research of the structure of modern NC systems. This kind of system can diminish the affection of the real-time OSs respond precision to machining with high speed and high precision and improve the frequency of interpolation sampling and respond precision. Motion control experiment and parametric curve direct interpolation experiment are finished by bonnet polishing machine tool with compiled-typed NC prototype system, proving that working principle of compiled-typed NC system is correct and validity.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to realize the automatic on-line measurement of work coordinate system using Renishaw probe on the NC machine. We examined the application of Renishaw probe,and we use evolutionary analysis of the typical case to measure the coordinate system of the workpiece, and develops the parameter program. Besides, we experimented with the method based on Fanuc-18i.The related data is recorded in the course of the experiment, and we analyzes the error finally.
