Abstract: As a cheap and stable transition metal oxide, tungsten trioxide (WO3) has received extensive attentions due to superior physical and chemical properties that could be used in electronic devices, lithium-ion batteries, gas sensors, dye sensitized solar cells, catalysts. In this study, the well-designed 1D architecture of nanowires and nanorods was successfully synthesized via a simple and facile solvethermal method with no template or additives. It is found that both solvent type and concentration of W raw material can affect the size and morphology of WO3 significantly in a regular way. Different products showed distinct photocatalytic activities during the processing of degradation methylene blue under visible light, and the underlying reasons for the different photocatalytic activities were discussed.

Abstract: With the development of semiconductor technology, the size of complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) devices has been scaled down to nanoscale dimensions. The technology of copper interconnection is the mainstream technology, so the request of the copper target is more and more rigor. This article analyzes the impact factors on the copper alloy target capability, including oxidation and strength. The aim of this investigation is to set up a bridge between the vendors of copper targets and the foundries of integrated circuit (IC) chip, and the base for the next generation copper targets.

Abstract: One oil soluble zinc oxide nanoparticles were prepared by surface-modification method. Its tribological performance was evaluated by four-ball test, SRV Friction-Wear Test and Mini-Traction machine, its oxidation resistance estimated by Rotating Pressure Vessel Oxidation Test and Pressurized Differential Scanning Calorimetry, all these study were contrast with ZDDP in base oils and API SM Gasoline engine oil. As a result, nanozinc oxide has good anti-oxidative capability, excellent anti-wear properties, In API SM Gasoline engine oil, the comprehensive Performance of nanoZnO additive substitution ZDDP is similar to ZDDP, in particular friction and antioxidative properties, nanoZnO in more outstanding than ZDDP. These results showed that zinc oxide nanoparticles were a kind of good performance lubricanting oil additives.

Abstract: In the solution of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide dissolved waste cobalt acid lithium battery income as raw material, the process and its influence factors of preparation of nanocobalt blue pigment are studied in the paper. The results show that: under the condition of pH 6, metal ion and citric acid ratio was 1:1 dry gel prepared at 135°C calcination, then calcined at 800°C uniform particle size, good dispersion and spinel structure of nanocobalt blue pigment can be directly synthetized.

Under the condition of N2 atmosphere operation and rise temperature velocity was 10°C·min-1. The mechanism function dα/dt=κ(1-α)n is used to calculate the kinetics factors. Reaction progression n was obtained by calculation of the kissinger peak shape factor method. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of nano-Ni(OH)2 was 254.027 KJ·mol-1, the pre-exponential factor was 3.062×1036, the reaction progression was obtained as 1.560, the kinetic equation is dα/dt=3.062×1036exp(-30554.166/T)(1-α)1.560

Abstract: In this research, SrTiO3 powder is prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. In the process of reaction, SrCl2 and Ti (OC4H9) 4 with NaOH can obtain the precursor as reactants and mineralizer respectively. Then take the precursor into autoclave without any pretreatment, to make it react under the temperature of 150 °C and the stirring speed 360 r/min in 8 hours. After the reaction finishing, the prepared SrTiO3 powder were charactered by X-ray diffraction and SEM. the results of experiment showed that we succeed in making nanostrontium titanate powder under above condition and the grain size is almost 60 nm.

Abstract: To improve the miscibility of cinnamon oil with water, this study uses microcrystalline chitin as the surfactant to prepare cinnamon oil nanoemulsion. Firstly, use isopropyl alcohol and concentrated phosphoric to act with chitin, disperse molecular crystal structure of chitin, and then use hydrochloric acid for decalcification, and prepare microcrystalline chitin through centrifugation, washing, freezing and drying. Dissolve it in acetic acid solution as emulsification, and dissolve cinnamon oil in anhydrous ethanol, and mix both of which to obtain emulsion by drops. Judge the emulsification process and results of microcrystalline chitin on cinnamon oil through conductivity data. The conductivity decreases gradually to 0 from 1.4μS·cm-1. At room temperature, the solution is aqueous liquid without stratification and precipitation, but has good stability.

Abstract: The paper has learned on the preparation of nanometer carbon black and polypropylene nanocarbon black-polypropylene composite material by using the small extrusion blending mixer which has been designed by our team. The results show that: Resistance of nanometer carbon black - polypropylene composites decreases with increasing carbon black content and extrusion mixing times. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to determine the optimum process conditions are at 260°C, nanocarbon black content 60%, extrusion mixing times 5. Under these conditions the resistance of nanometer carbon black-get polypropylene composites is 12.73 ohms.

Abstract: The gas-liquid reaction method was used to prepare the nanoparticle iron-nitride magneto-rheological fluid (MRF), the experiment study of magnetic characteristic and rheologic characteristic of the MRF has been done. The magnetic saturation of iron-nitride MRF prepared is higher than the pure iron MRF, and the sedimentation stability of the iron-nitride MRF is very good, the yield stress of iron-nitride magneto-rheological fluid prepared reached 26KPa at 0.8 Tesla additional magnetic density.
