Abstract: Based on the inter-governance theory, social network theory and analysis of organizational relationships, as well as water management basin analysis, the basin water governance constitute a large and complex governance network, and the network performance as demonstrated by the network is the effectiveness of water management basin. This paper focuses on the analysis of water basin management network in order to improve the performance of basin water resources management network for the purpose of optimizing the function from the organization, inter-organizational relationships optimization, network optimization optimize the attempt to reform the three angles.

Abstract: Translation course, as one of the core curriculum courses in foreign language teaching, plays a very important role in cultivating the practical, applied and inter-disciplinary talents. There arises an increasing demand for translators, especially in current China’s economy transformation period. It’s the key task which higher education must confront with that how to cultivate the translators who can adapt to the social development and satisfy the social demand. Taking an example of translation course reform in NCIST, the paper tries to explore the possibility of the interactive translation methods under the circumstance of network platform. Through this analysis, we try to reform the traditional translation course in order to cultivate the real applied talents of innovation and translation ability.

Abstract: In order to improve network reliability and stability of the core layer, multiple devices are connected together through the IRF physical port, IRF (Intelligent Resilient Framework) configuration, virtual into “virtual equipment”. Using the virtualization technology can set the equipment resources of the hardware and software processing capability, collaborative work, the equipment management and the uninterrupted maintenance. Through introduce the basic concepts and working principles of H3C Switches IRF system, also analyzes the typical applications of IRF technology in network system.

Abstract: Abstract: National Geodesic Network of WGS-84 system was founded in the territory of the Republic of Armenia from 2002 to 2007, which includes zero, first, and second class 1115 stations and there were other 229 State Geodesic Triangular Network stations. The observation at these stations has been done by GPS system. Each of the above mentioned stations covers on the average 27 square kilometers of the territory of Armenia. The data obtained during GPS observations have become the foundation for creating local quasi-geoid models and obtaining differences of heights (geoid wave value) of normal and WGS-84 ellipsoid surfaces. On the basis of gravimetric data a quasi-geoid model has been computed and developed. To creat the model coordinates of four geodetic satations encompassing the area of the Republic of Armenia have been used. To get the digital model of the selected area was diveded into five-minute sections by latitude and longitude and then coordinates of geodetic points have been taken. The above mentioned points were recalculated from the local system to WGS-84 system. The creation of the local elippsoid quasi-model is conditioned by the difference of 3D coordinates difference of three-dimensional of each point’s position. The values of the geoid wave vary within the range of 17.4547 meters, the average difference being almost in the centre of the area and is 21.2522 meters. To obtain the digital model of the quasi-geoid at the given local ellipsoid at each 100m a square matrix (of the network) was made by coordinates of recomputed points.

Abstract: Using TC35 network to build campus platform is a kind of effective method, its wide coverage, high security, and do not need to set up and maintain a private network. This paper developed a center terminal system based on TC35 module and BS structure, a complete set of solutions for hardware and software are given in the paper and achieve the information receiving and processing functions. The system is scalable, easy to use and fast, which laid a foundation for the further establishment of intelligent campus platform.

Abstract: The paper design a new employment website, which change the previous employment website focusing only on employment information release mode, pay attention to improve students' employment ability, establish several enterprises and graduates, entrepreneurship and other. At the same time with JSP engine, Oracle established the information interactive website as the background database server; it will improve the efficiency and quality of the traditional employment information. At the same time, the paper introduces implementation of enterprise SMS platform using a GSM module, including the hardware environment, the SMS server software architecture, function and design. The scheme realizes the information exchange between students, teachers, and parents, through the practical operation, proved that the system has good practicability, solves many problems that exist in the employment information service, it has less demanding on the hardware, the realization of a simple, two times the development of convenient features.

Abstract: In recent years, constructivism has been welcomed by the academia for it emphasizes on students applying initiative learning and self-construction. As for the current teaching and learning of college English writing, it is imperative to use network technology in writing teaching.
