Abstract: With the development of network science, the link prediction problem has attracted more and more attention. Among which, link prediction methods based on similarity has been most widely studied. Previous methods depicting similarity of nodes mainly consider their common neighbors. But in this paper, from the view of network environment of nodes, which is to analysis the links around the pair of nodes, derive nodes similarity through that of links, a new way to solve the link prediction problem is provided. This paper establishes a link prediction model based on similarity between links, presents the LE index. Finally, the LE index is tested on five real datasets, and compared with existing similarity-based link prediction methods, the experimental results show that LE index can achieve good prediction accuracy, especially outperforms the other methods in the Yeast network.

Papers in reconciling efficiency, robustness, and security of the system on the basis of focusing on system "against" and "applicable" were studied.

Abstract: The development of modern network and information technology makes the construction of wisdom campus based on the network become an important topic in the development of education information. This paper constructs the overall framework of intelligent campus based on the perception layer, network layer, data layer, service layer, application layer, terminator layer and user layer. The framework’s functions contain information collection, network integration, data integration, service integration and unified portal service. At the same time, it uses information technology standard system and security guarantee system as a support system and uses the cloud computing and Internet of things as the key technology to preliminary study on the construction of wisdom campus based on network.

Abstract: Due to life threatening situations, timely sending of data is essential. In this study transmission delay of different paths, through which data is sent from sensor to health care center over heterogeneous multi-hop wireless channel is analyzed. Data of medical related diseases is sent through three different paths. In all three paths, data from sensors first reaches ZigBee, which is the common link in all three paths. Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX), Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS) are connected with ZigBee. Each network (WLAN, WiMAX, UMTS) is setup according to environmental conditions, suitability of device and availability of structure for that device. Delay of data reaching each device is calculated and represented graphically. Main aim of this study is to calculate delay of each link in each path over multi-hop wireless channel.

Abstract: Distance education is the perfect combination of information technology and educational technology, which provides a brand new educational mode for learning society. The prompt implementation of distance physical education is the only road to achieve the life-long education of sports. According to the characteristics of sports discipline, this paper proposes the mode of distance education based on network environment and discusses the strategies of network physical education.

Abstract: In 2007, the Ministry of Education published the "requirements" for college English teaching, the College English teaching reform has been further popularized, and the requirement of each big university English asked the teachers to improve the level of teaching constantly, so as to cultivate students' comprehensive ability of using English and enhance their abilities of autonomous learning. In order to improve the students' comprehensive cultural literacy and meet the needs of our society and the international exchange, the reform of teaching mode as well as the construction and application of college English teaching can provide us a new teaching mode through network ,which can gradually forme a network of autonomous learning teaching mode.

Abstract: This paper aims to describe the characteristics of the hardware and software control systems of the key reliability tester, including the mechanical design and design method. The tester adopts STC89C51 as the control core. It can be run separately, as well as used as the slave, which utilizes the standard MODBUS-RTU communication protocol through the RS-485 bus and PC machine (host) to form a MODBUS network. Furthermore, it is combined with the host monitoring platform to form a MODBUS network in order to achieve network control. The control software of the key reliability tester includes a master control program and a communication program. The communication program will be described in detail.

Abstract: With the development of computer technology and network, e-Auctions are widely applied in the field of engineering technology. How to use the computer technology and network to optimize the models of multi-object e-auctions is a hot topic. Regarding the e-auction as a background, this paper presents many widespread theoretical and applied problems, and summarizes and reviews the main conclusions and progress of existing studies related to the computer technology and network in the e-auctions, and then gives several new research topics to e-auctions. It tries to promote the applications of e-auction theories in real engineering technology problems.

Abstract: The network plays more and more important role in contemporary university students’ study and life. By the virtue of large capacity of information, wide coverage, high transmission speed, non-restriction of time and space, the internet has become an important tool of students’ autonomous learning. What’s more, because the university learning is relatively relaxed, students have more free time to arrange. Therefore, training students’ independent learning ability becomes more and more important. In this paper, through the analysis of problems exposed in autonomous learning under network environment,find that teachers should give full play to the guiding role under the network environment, and according to these problems, put forward four strategies to guide the implementation of autonomous learning.
