Abstract: Disruptive innovations go along with new requirements concerning cost, quality and scalability while the market environment is considered as uncertain and highly dynamic. Many companies form cooperation to acquire competencies and spread the business risk as well as to cope with these new requirements. This leads to new opportunities for value-added networks, as they can be designed to perform best in terms of cost and quality, to handle scalability as well as to define a collective strategy to align the specific goals of network participants. For companies it remains unsure which value-added network to join, which strategic program to initiate and whether the collective strategy of the network fits the corporate strategy of the company. So far there is no methodology that allows network participants to assess the strategic fit towards a value-added network. This paper discusses and addresses the need for action in fit assessment in theory and practice. As a result a methodology to assess the strategic fit of value-added networks is presented. Parts of the strategic fit assessment are: fit in strategic success positions and potentials, structural fit, cultural fit and fit in motives. The electric engine production for electric vehicles is chosen as an example for disruptive innovation and serves as the application case for the methodology of network fit assessment.

Abstract: Electric vehicles are in direct competition with conventionally powered cars. However, high prices currently result in a moderate acceptance and low market penetration. Producing companies have to attain new competencies in electric vehicle production as well as develop existing competencies at an early stage to be able to create attractive products for the customer. Requirements for costs, quality and scalability can be met due to purpose design, integrated product and process development, modularization of machinery and intense process know-how along with continuous consideration of alternative production processes. Nevertheless, designing new value added networks with a strategic fit among all participants remains to be done.

Abstract: In order to complete the task of microteaching, schools have introduced microteaching system. The function and quality of microteaching system directly affects teaching effect. Through teaching practice, the shortcomings of traditional microteaching system become increasingly significant. Meanwhile microteaching system based on network can not only solve the disadvantage of traditional microteaching system problems, but also its automation and management has been greatly improved. Therefore, microteaching system based on network and its construction problems have been got more and more attention of research scholars on microteaching. The paper introduces the construction and advantages of this system.

Abstract: This paper introduces the IP network video monitoring system for monitoring and management of industrial field. All the signals in this monitoring system are transmitted through the network, without additional wiring. It not only can transmit images, alarm information, also the focus of a number of functions, such as remote monitoring, video playback, query system settings and user management. The system overall design principle, structural design, functional requirements, the main function module design are described. Through the monitoring system, managers can whenever and wherever real-time monitoring equipment working state, remote access management, provide a full range of decision support for production.

Abstract: The existence of the fourth fundamental circuit element, the memristor, was first postulated over 30 years ago by Leon Chua. The implementation of the first modern memristor prototype by Hewlett Packard Laboratories in 2008 initiated a great scientific interest for these unique nanoelectronic devices and currently, there is a growing variety of systems that exhibit memristive behavior. However, most of the research has focused on the properties of the single devices, therefore very little is known about their response when these devices are organized into networks. In this work, the composite characteristics of memristive elements connected in network configurations are studied and the relationships among the single devices are investigated. We finally show how the threshold-dependent nonlinear memristive behavior could be elaborated to make possible the development of novel and sophisticated digital/analog memristive nanosystems.

Abstract: The over-spread character and randomness of chaos can be used to initialize population and improve the searching speed, and the initial value sensitivity of chaos can be used to enlarge the searching space. In order to resolve these problems, we put forward a new design of the intelligent lock which is mainly based on the technology of wireless sensor network. To avoid the local optimization, the algorithm renews population and enhances the diversity of population by using density calculation of immune theory and adjusting new chaos sequence. The paper gives the circuit diagram of the hardware components based on single chip and describe how to design the software. The experimental results show that the immune genetic algorithm based on chaos theory can search the result of the optimization and evidently improve the convergent speed and astringency.
