Abstract: Companies want to achieve a sustainable financial success through process and performance improvements. Increasing the company’s performance is a good way for sustainable success. Typically, the success is measured by process output metrics. This output mirrors the performance of a company’s processes in the end. It is obvious that for being able to cope with complex business network structures in a derivative supply-demand-structure as well as collaboration cooperation incentives, performance needs to be managed across the whole network to strengthen the own network centrality. The present paper contributes to the development of a new holistic Performance Management in business networks. Thus, a Network Performance Wheel - for a more network oriented approach, and a Process Management Balanced Scorecard - to close the gap between internal and external impacts, are introduced. Also, a PM-VICTORY model is launched for implementing the whole network directed Performance Management.

Abstract: As an important application area of field-bus system, UPS require high reliability and real-time property. Standard CAN protocol in application layer have not been proposed in home and abroad. Based on CAN-bus 2.0 A/B, this paper designed UPS-CAN protocol which conform to general UPS parallel system and proposed a novel network management system (MSN) during development of module UPS parallel system. Experimental results proved the reliability and real-time property of UPS-CAN which meets the requirement of UPS parallel communication system.

Abstract: In order to achieve the reliability, high efficiency and economy for the development of vehicle CAN network, CANoe is used to develop and test for vehicle CAN network platform. Firstly, the vehicle network architecture is designed for the demand of platform. Then is the vehicle messages database is developed by using CANdb++, including specific messages and signals, and the key parameters of bus load rate, messages delay, etc. are analysed on basis of the simulation model. Fianally automated test is carried out for the network management process, messages comparison, messages delay and other monitoring jobs by using supplementary developing tools of CANoe in simulation and in the real-time vehicle tests. The results show that the developed CAN networks is of better performance in terms of real-time, robust, efficient, while the functions of automated testing system is practical and easy to use.

Abstract: Until now Intelligent network technology has been widely used in the communication network. In recent years, competition in the mobile communication market is more intense, the user of communication network has put forward higher request in smart grid technology’s service and quality. Improving its marketing competition and ensuring intelligent network operate in the right direction have become the urgent desire and demand of the operator. In consideration of the demand of operators, this paper puts forward solutions for Intelligent network which based on mobile intelligent network‘s business evaluation system, and introduces the design and development of the evaluation system of the business in detail.

Abstract: The urban area of the server can be a central control node switch and server node, the node switches and a server node can know the porttraffic information in real time. When the connection existed over between 2 of these devices, a connection can be selected according to the real-time traffic, real-time routing function to avoid network congestion and flow of the uneven distribution of resources. Similarly, node server can central control node switch can know the real-time node switch port flow information, therefore, the node switches can obtain the terminal flow control information from the server to the terminal node data transmission flow control.

Abstract: The network management system based on WEB has been becoming the current hot spots. The paper discusses the advantages and significance of WBM fully to discuss the possibility of a network management system based on JAVA implementation. Based on the SNMP protocol is proposed based on ARP protocol and network topology search found based on ICMP protocol and topology reconstruction. SNMP access to treatment and MIB information structure and based on the MIB information acquisition. Application server search and real time function and the realization of the corresponding technology such as network service monitoring method. And on the Linux platform, using TOMCAT as a JSP interpreter, information storage, publishing technology and by using XML and JAVA platform compatibility technology is verified to above ultimately proved: the network management system based on JAVA and XML can completely meet the requirements of network management has good feasibility and practical application value.

Abstract: With the rapid development of GIS, it is applied to network management gradually. We can get the distributed trend of the topological nodes and the topology relation between each other through GIS. In order to reflect the topology relation when we change the zoom level of the map, it is a critical problem that how to realize a large numbers of topological nodes be aggregated quickly and accurately. In view of this situation, this paper introduced two common aggregation algorithms firstly, and then proposed an aggregation algorithm for aggregating the topological nodes in GIS with the advantages of hierarchical clustering algorithm. The paper also explained the basic idea and realization of the aggregation algorithm. The experiment results show that the algorithm provides an effective solution for aggregating topological nodes.

Abstract: With the rapid development and mature of information technology, the teaching management system also needs to actively explore how to use the new technology to further enhance the level and quality of educational management. In this paper, based on the J2EE theory framework, it builds the basic model of network teaching management system, and implements the development of safety and usability function of the management system by using JSP dynamic management technology. Then it establishes the mathematical model of multi-level target algorithm, and the model is applied in the process of OperationDAO components connection, which has improved the efficiency, safety, and universal applicability of the teaching management system. Finally, the network teaching management system is tested. Through the testing, it indicates that the transmission of system data is stable, which meets the needs of the system function design, and provides theoretical reference for the development of teaching management system.

Abstract: Web-based network management revolving about database puts forward a feasible mode for network information processing and has the characteristics of wide distribution, full interactivity, real-time dynamic and so on in the application; and is beneficial to timely adjustment for network performance and rapid recovery for fault. Combining the technologies of JSP, JavaBean, JDBC, Socket, JavaApplet, Ajax, JavaScript and so on, database-centric network management mode ensures the reliable, efficient and stable operation of configuration, performance, fault, security and accounting management in the development of business network management system, such as TD-SCDMA network, PON network, TMPLS network, IPTV network, power network and so on. In practice, it is worth mentioning that it improves the dynamical and real-time release performance of accounting management, realizes web-based management for rate and bill. Customers could receive bills real-timely in internet and deals with them conveniently. This is propitious to the management of network vendors as well.

Abstract: With the rapid development of network technology, network scale, the increasing complexity, traditional centralized network data collecting the methods already cannot adapt to this situation, a web-based distributed computing structure because of its many advantages are widely used. This paper proposes a construct Web application framework of distributed application system, combination of Web technology and the SNMP network management technology. Thereby, it can maintain the increasingly huge network system, ensure that all the good operation of the network resources, the management of the convenient and easy to use network resources.
