Abstract: From the perspective of system integration, this paper introduces how to apply the Web network technology to the long-distance supervisory system. It is discussed about the implementation plan and software design to form a web-based remote monitoring system. The software design of the entire supervisory system includes the local and the remote monitoring software design. The author analyzes the design purposes, the contents, the methods and the characteristics of these two kinds of softwares. This article studies the working process of web-based long-distance supervisory system. Related questions and the solution measures in the design of the system are also covered.

Abstract: This paper discusses the way to realize the intercollegiate cooperation under the network environment. The ultimate aim is to promote students' effective learning ability. Analysis of the characteristics of effective learning under the network environment puts forward the experience, from the value of the income oriented learning early design participatory learning activities, into the earning guidance for effective learning strategies. And finally verify the effectiveness of these strategies can improve the learning under Internet environment, and promoting teachers' educational technology ability promotion.

Abstract: The update of contemporary network technology not only means the big progress in writing tools and communication technologies, but also contributed to the new mechanism of literary production. The wide range of applications of new network technologies such as web and mobile in the literary production revolutionized the two traditional screening mechanisms and provide sufficient space for literary creators to display their talent and achieve a public writing freedom and equality, and stimulated the prosperity of literary publishing and consumer market. The new mechanism of literary production is seeking for internal capital appreciation and it is facing many difficulties in the development process. Making the integration of literary creation and communication with network technology effectively, re-building a reasonably healthy ecological literature patterns will have a profound impact on the future development of literature.

Abstract: In 1980s and 1990s, with the rapid development of the "fourth media" of the Internet, a new literary form is accompanied by the generation of the internet. It is the "network literature." Today, the network has gone through decades of literature, literary garbage from the original to today's market legend, generate network literature and creative literary works for the development of a new model provides an unprecedented. Review network literature development process, we have to admit that the great network technology used in modern Chinese literature and transmission. How to guide the development of network technology and application in modern Chinese literary creation and dissemination, and for the prosperity of cultural undertakings to promote the harmonious development of society will play a positive role. To solve these problems, from the perspective of vector-borne departure of network technology, this article consider the creation and dissemination of modern Chinese literature to conduct a comprehensive sort, and to the existence of network technology in modern Chinese literature and communication problems, present their views and solutions.

Abstract: Since the beginning of the new era, the modern information technology and multimedia technology as the core of the network technology has got the rapid development, which has been applied in the field of archives and brought lots of opportunities and challenges for the management of sports archives in universities and colleges. In this paper, it will be based on the interpretation of physical files in colleges and universities, putting forward the application of multimedia technology and network technology in sports archives in colleges and universities, so as to promote the development of archives cause in colleges and universities

Abstract: Combining computer network and students feature, with analysis the exited features of students’ practice guidance ,mainly as real-time interaction for core, the purpose of which is to design educational practice guidance modes based on BLOG, and BBS and QQ, the article takes students of year 2007 in Shangluo university for object as case to explore BBS –based interactive discussion mode, reaching the purpose of settlement of difficult offsite management ,insufficient practice guidance and incomplete exchange between teachers and students, etc. thereby, archieve an effective guidance for students’ practice.

Abstract: Early network development, people more emphasis on network convenience and availability, and ignore the security of the network. With the development of computer network technology, when people run in the network critical business such as banking, when government activity is increasingly networked, computer network security has become a problem that not allows to ignore. In this paper, the existing network security technology to prevent the analysis and comparison, especially to strengthen security measures should be taken in order to do a more in-depth discussion, and describes the future development trend of this research field.

The kind of learning method which is using the computer and Internet technology is completely different from the classroom teaching due to the information transmission technology.
