Abstract: It has been proven that the introduction of the systems for continuous control of the equipment technical state is a necessary requirement of the modern maintenance of the critical equipment. The paper proposes the list of the processing facilities applied within the development systems for technical state control. The task of development of the system for recording, storing and displaying oscillographs of the automated electric drives of the wide-strip hot-rolling mill has been defined. The paper offers the analysis of the recording system based on the remote I/O controllers and the system with distributed industrial computers. The most informative-significant signals are listed. The network topology of the decentralized system implemented at the 2,500 mm wide-strip hot-rolling mill of OJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works is suggested. Oscillographs of the main coordinates of the mill's electric drives obtained by means of the introduced system are provided.

Abstract: With the development of power electronics, DC distribution network has advantages in power supplying for DC loads, saving transmission loss of reactive power and improving power quality, when compared with traditional AC distribution network. Since DC distribution network has several multiple topologies, lots of power electronic components and DGs, the traditional reliability evaluation methods aren’t applicable any more. Hence, the reliability models of power electronics and DGs are built in this paper, and a hybrid method combining minimum-cut with non-sequential Monte Carlo is presented. Moreover, three topologies of mid-voltage DC distribution network are designed based on IEEE RBTS bus6, by which the feasibility of the method is validated. Results show that two-terminal network is more reliable than radial and looped network.

Abstract: In large scale network, the problem that network in an area topology accurately be discovered should be solved. The traditional network discovery algorithms mainly use ICMP and SNMP. But these two algorithms allow routers or other devices to send request packets to other devices. It may cause the low utilization rate of network. However, OSPF routing protocol, when it exchange routing tables, it will send LSUs to other routers and receive them from the remote routers. According to analyzing the LSAs, which are encapsulated in LSUs, we can obtain the network topology. We use GNS3 to simulate OSPF environment. Experiment shows that this algorithm can obtain the network topology rapidly and accurately.

Abstract: Since the wireless mesh network topology dynamics and the radio channels instable, the design of wireless mesh network routing protocol become one of the key factors to determine the performance. This paper mainly studied the existing several kinds of typical three-layer mesh network routing protocol (DSDV and AODV), aimed at the defects of three-layer routing limited to the network topology changes, the paper proposed a network model based on two-layer routing. Forwarding the packet, establishing and maintaining the communication links are accomplished on the Mac layer. Simulation tests showed that two-layer routing has a big improvement on the efficiency of packet forwarding, and it effectively reduced the routing overhead and end-to-end delay simultaneously.

Abstract: Based on frequency synchronization theory of the second-order non-uniform Kuramoto model, a novel approach for power system transient stability analysis is put forward by establishing the correspondence between the classic power system model and the second-order non-uniform Kuramoto model. This method relates network parameters with the region of attraction of the disturbed system’s stable equilibrium and thus the transient stability information of the disturbed system can be obtained by comparing the initial configuration with trapping region of the stable equilibrium of the disturbance-canceling system. The application of our approach to single machine infinite bus system shows that this method features a fast computation speed. It can determine the transient stability of the system when a certain perturbation acts on as well as offer the stability margin of the disturbed system, which is of great importance for practical use.

Abstract: In consideration of the current MP2P network disturbance from frequent location changes of the mobile nodes, the limited computing power and storage capacity, this paper proposes a flexible strategy of partition management by assigning different functions to nodes according to some standards, regarding a subnet as a unit and using super-nodes to manage subnets. In order to speed up the data transmission and replacement efficiency, data is processed with partial network coding technology. Additionally, a trans-subnet query algorithm is proposed to link subnets, conduct information exchange between subnets and resource location. Results of the experiment manifested that this strategy can efficiently increase the resource download success rate and hit rate, reduce the average delay, improve the content distribution efficiency of MP2P networks, and simultaneously enhance system robustness.
