Abstract: water injection development is an effective means of tight reservoir to maintain formation energy, and high formation pressure is the basis of reservoir maintain a long-term and stable, therefore, give enough water injection, so as to maintain high pressure is the key to maintain the long-term stability of the reservoir. Liu Maoyuan block Changqing Oilfield is a typical part of tight sandstone reservoir, water injection wells long is not up to the demand of injection, after fracturing, acidizing by invalid injection measures, is not conducive to long-term and stable block. Therefore, research on comprehensive countermeasures of long-term stability of dense oil reservoir. Through the research and development of new antihypertensive drag reduction agent for the overall pressure on block; select suitable for dense reservoir single well stimulation measures and local boosting measures, measures ineffective wells and local abnormal pressure injection is difficult to solve the problem of the cause, to maintain formation pressure. A good result has been obtained by field test, effectively solve the tight reservoir by high-pressure injection resulted in not long-term stability problems, and provides a new idea and reference for solving dense reservoir long-term stability problem.

Abstract: Biomass materials such as wood are attracting renewed attention as alternative fuels in order to help resolve environmental resources caused by the use of fossil fuels. In this study, the possibility of products being processed from wood bulk was investigated by means of boss forming using open-die forging. Additionally, the difference in formability and deformation behavior during forging was investigated by changing the experimental conditions, such as the moisture content of the wood billets used, the forming pressure, and the forming temperature. The experimental results showed that wood had enough liquidity to be forged, and that two sudden and large increases in displacement occur during forging. Finally, the conditions governing these displacements were summarized from these results

Abstract: Rotary peen forming (RPF) has been developed as a new peen forming process in which the shot is held by a flexible connection and moved on a circular trajectory (see Fig. 1 below). The main advantage compared to a traditional shot peen forming (SPF) processes is that RPF does not need refeed of shot particles. Hence, RPF offers a compact machine design and a flexible use. The RPF process causes localized plastic deformation just as in traditional shot peen forming but involves tangential components which can create shear deformation in the plastic layer. These tangential components depend on the connection used for the setup. Compared to traditional shot peen forming, RPF shows different process characteristics in terms of coverage and the shape of indentations created on the surface of the workpiece. In this paper, a new tool concept for rotary peen forming is evaluated using experiments and numerical investigations of the process. The set-up uses a spring-attenuator system, which leads to more deterministic impact positions than previously used wire-based impactor concepts.

Abstract: This article analyses the characters of piercing process inside of automobile cover parts. It introduces the designing structure, its advantages and disadvantages in piercing process inside of automobile cover parts by a traditional process and by a new process. The traditional process is using cams across a bridge, but the new process is a creative way that is using PAD built-in standard cams. By comparing two processes, the new creative process is convenient for operations and ensures the combining moulds in one time. This mould has a tight structure and the dimensions are reduced significantly, which is benefit for shortening the moulds’ manufacturing cycle. The new process has some guiding significance for the parts by similar piecing inside process. It has been spread and applied in a cooperative company.
