Abstract: The construction of new rural community is to satisfy these demands by rural residents to gradually break the urban-rural dual structure, thereby allowing them to share the physical and spiritual civilization achievements caused by economic development and social progress. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the practical experiences of foreign such as Germany, England, USA, France, Japan and South Korea, and some cities of China rural construction, it explores the deep-seated problems of planning and construction of new rural community, in order to smoothly promote the planning and construction progress of the new rural community in our country.

Abstract: Based on Life Cycle Assessment Theory (LCA Theory), the problems of Zhejiang new rural residential buildings at different stages of life cycle were analyzed. LCCM method of engineering project were adopted to highlight the influence of economic factors on energy-saving process and analyze the energy consumption of Zhejiang new rural residential buildings,so as to put forward reasonable energy-saving measures.

Abstract: Agricultural informatization provides an essential power support to the modern agriculture development. The significance of speeding up the progress of agricultural information for new rural construction and some constrain factors on that process was analyzed in this paper. Also, some suggestions on agricultural informatization process acceleration were proposed from different perspectives.

Abstract: The rural energy is one of important factor in energy system, which connects closely with new rural construction. The analysis on Beijing rural energy problems will benefit to solve the national rural energy problems on referential meaning. In this paper, the situation of Beijing rural energy problems in 2007 is analyzed, and the problems which exist in rural energy development are found. Meanwhile, it introduces the policy of Beijing rural energy construction and its target, and suggests that rapid developing the rural renewable energy in order to adjust the structure of Beijing rural energy consumption.

Abstract: In building a new socialist countryside, are central in accordance with the scientific concept of development and China's rural areas has made the actual decision-making. In the present and for a time building a new socialist countryside will be the strategic task in rural reform and development. In advancing the process of building new rural areas have made gratifying achievements, but the new rural development cycle length, a wide range of tasks, in the course of implementation difficulties that could arise when building such as the problem of shortage of funds. This article initially discusses that the BOT financing model use in the new rural science and technology, culture, educational facilities construction. And make a simple comparative analysis between the BOT financing model and other modes. Finally this paper points out some problems to be explored in the further study.

Abstract: Based on the understanding of the connotation of water security, firstly the connotation of rural water security is analyzed, and then the relationship between rural water security and new rural construction is discussed. Taking Hebei Province as an example, the main existing problems of rural water security in Hebei province is analyzed from the aspects of rural drinking water security, rural areas irrigation water security, rural drainage water security, finally puts forward some countermeasures for solving the problem of rural water security.

Abstract: Solar energy is clean and reproducible energy,it has an important advantage when we use solar energy in heating,supplying hot water and drying in residential buildings.Practical experience confirms that appropriate design of these systems can achieve good results to use solar energy if they compared with conventional system.This paper aims to investigate the good use for solar energy in new rural construction of Lanzhou, we integrate traditional passive solar house, solar heating, solar drying into a new classified system ,design the versatile system for lowtemperature radiant floor heating,supplying hot water and crops drying.Meanwhile, control method and handling precautions are improved.Through further analysis on economic efficiency comparison with solar floor heating and conventional heat source with new rural residential integrated energy price method,analysis on energy-saving and environmental benefit.At last we come to the conclusion the system is worth popularizing in new rural construction.

Abstract: Through the survey and research on the rural historical building of Zhejiang Province, the questions of protection of historical building and development of village individual style during the new rural construction phase are discussed and some measures and suggestions are put forward.

Abstract: New rural construction is practiced across the country and northern Jiangsu is one of them. In accordance with the overview of the current new rural development, the problem existing in the new rural construction is put forward, namely, the phenomenon that the current village landscape designs are similar lies in large amounts of new rural areas. New rural construction in northern Jiangsu can draw lessons from this problem. Starting from features of the local residence in northern Jiangsu to the exploration for the cultural value and significance of the local residence, some suggestions are provided for the protection of the local residence during the new rural construction in northern Jiangsu.
