Abstract: In this article, the important development trend of car design will be discussed. At first, the purposes of the application of new materials and technologies in car design will be stated. Then the new kinds of energy which are applied in the future cars will be explored. The classification of new material and technology will be demonstrated. Furthermore, some examples will be described to show how new materials and new technologies can be used in car design. In additional, it is likely to be that new materials and processes will promote sustainable development of the car design. Based on current development of automotive design, it is necessary to predict some of the new materials and new technology will be applied in future car designs. It seems that new materials and new technologies will bring breakthrough in car design.

Abstract: bis(2-chloroethoxy)methane was synthesized by the reaction of ethylene chlorohydrin and Oligopolyformaldehyde under sulfuric acid catalysis. optimum reaction conditions obtained were as follows: the molar ratio of Oligopolyformaldehyde and ethylene chlorohydrin of 1.2:2, catalyst dosage was 5‰mass fraction of ethylene chlorohydrin, toluene were chose as water-carrying agent, All reactant were refluxed on temperature of 110°C until no water generated. Under the optimum conditions the yield of bis(2-chloroethoxy)methane was 97.7%. The structure of bis(2-chloroethoxy)methane were conformed by ATR IR. The purity of bis(2-chloroethoxy)methane were 99% by gas chromatographic detection.

Abstract: This paper studies on a new technology for preparing rich-titanium material with titanic slag of electric furnace by hydrometallurgy. Under the condition of temperature 120°C, pressure 0.2MPa, 2h duration holding pressure, NaOH concentration 60~100 g/L, high pressure alkaline leaching can destroy the sosloid structure and selectively remove SiO2 and Al2O3 in the Electro-titanium slag, Then rich titanium product of TiO2>90% was prepared from electro-titanium slag of TiO280~87%by using acid leaching and washing, on the condition that temperature>80°C, time 2h, acid concentration 25g/L.

Abstract: Composite soil nailing technology is a new technology which developed on the basis of the soil nailing supporting technology. This new technology has a very important practical significance to the construction, for which the scale is larger and larger, the condition is more and more complex and the excavation of foundation is more and more deep. Composite soil nailing technique is mainly introduced in this paper by its main form of structure and the main principle, which draw a conclusion that different forms of the combination of support types have different effects on the stability of structure, by analyzing the support stability. This thesis shows that we should adjust measures to local conditions, choose the right organic combination. At the same time it also provides the basis for the practical application of engineering support.

Abstract: Combining with the practical engineering case, the paper summarizes the shallow mining method construction mechanism, construction methods and auxiliary technology. Aiming at the problems in the shield construction, the paper introduces the shield machine equipment’s latest comprehensive construction and technology, especially the shield technology dealing with the conglomerate stratum where the water and boulders is rich. It fills the domestic blank; Deep grouting and pipe roof reinforcement technology are aimed at the specific sources of risk; Whole cross-section of pallet trucks, electric vehicles, automatic metering and other new equipment have been widely applied to the construction site.

Abstract: The building is one of the most common forms of space in our life, has a great influence on our life. China facing a very grim energy situation, building energy efficiency has great impetus to economic development. This paper analyzes the ways to achieve the construction of energy-efficient and proposes to reduce the total energy demand and utilization of new energy sources. In the construction of energy-saving technology, the construction of energy-efficient windows and doors and roof insulation wall are analyzed and puts forward some relevant suggestions.

Abstract: Sustainable development is a meaningful indicator for high-tech transfer. High-tech transfer monitoring is an effectual measure for high-tech transfer evaluation. This paper takes high-tech transfer projects as a data source, considers the key words and new words extracted by NLPIR from the projects, and proposes a high-tech word similarity calculating method based on morphological similarity, word length similarity and individual character similarity. Applied this method onto high-tech word similarity measurement, and acquires high-tech word similarity matrixes. Cluster based on this high-tech word similarity matrix. Construct high-tech ontology, according to cluster result. Extract the corresponding high-tech monitoring indicators and values of high-tech ontology through Regex. Finally construct high-tech transfer monitoring ontology, and monitor the sustainable development of high-tech transfer. Formulating high-tech word similarity computing software achieves high-tech word similarity computer measurement and verifies the feasibility and accuracy of this computing model.

Abstract: In view of the tectonic background for occurrence of moderately strong earthquakes of the Tanlu fault zone in Anhui Province, methods to combine field survey with literature investigation, and combined with the the damage of rural residence in the previous earthquake, the influences of structure and construction characteristics of the agricultural area in the seismic capacity are elaborated. The weak links of the seismic performance of structure are investigated, and the strategies according to the seismic design of new buildings and seismic appraisal and strengthening measures of existing buildings are put forward. A new seismic technology for foundation isolation is introduced. This method can provide reference for seismic design of the area.

Abstract: The rapid development of new technologies has met people's growing material and cultural needs, and exerted a huge influence on environment simultaneously. People are increasingly concerned about which influences the new technologies existing and being developed can exert on environment in the future, as well as how to control these influences. In order to determine new technologies' impact on the environment, the Fuzzy Analytic Decision Making Theory is applied to build the index system about environmental effects of new technologies, and evaluate environmental effects of urban sewage-treatment intelligent-control technology. The study finds that urban sewage-treatment intelligent-control technology exerts positive effects on water environment and energy-savings, particularly on water environment; and for the other two environmental factors: the carbon-emissions and solid-waste, the negative effects are slight.
