Abstract: Identifying nonlinear dynamic systems that often exhibit chaotic behavior can be a complex task. Recognizing chaotic behavior in data can provide valuable insights for its utilization. Mathematically, the identification of chaotic behavior in data typically requires the consideration of multiple parameters. However, nonlinear dynamic systems can be readily identified using machine learning. In this study, a machine learning model was constructed using a deterministic dataset generated from logistic map equations, employing the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) architecture. The outcomes of the machine learning model take the form of data classification, distinguishing between predictable and unpredictable data with quite high validity.

Abstract: This article focuses on the complicated dynamics behavior of the nonlinear vibrations of the bistable cantilevered piezoelectric beam. The base excitation on the beam is the harmonic load. We studied the jump phenomenon of the system by sweeping the voltage and displacement, the experimental results show that the bistable piezoelectric cantilever beam reflects the obvious hard spring characteristics. In addition, the influence of the distance between the magnets and the thickness of the piezoelectric layer on the dynamic behavior also being studied. Experimental results show that the distance between the magnets is closely impact on the nonlinear dynamic responses of the system, there is an optimal distance between the magnets causes the most complex dynamic behavior in frequency domain. System appears period doubling bifurcation into chaos many times when the distance between magnets is appropriate.

Abstract: Based on the static elastic-plastic analysis program REPFPA, the impact of concrete material elastic-brittle-plastic damage model and its numerical test methods was studied. This paper has introduced the visualization technology, preparation of pre-processing related modules and graphical visualization display and many other functions into the nonlinear dynamic program, which is convenient for users to operate and view the results. And the numerical experiments of dynamic response of cantilever beam problems and spherical shell under step load elastic-plastic problems was produced. Compared with the results of other scholars and literature, we’ll verify the validity of the research in this paper.
