Abstract: In this paper, the artificial intelligence control technology is used in sewage treatment plants, we use fuzzy control method in the sewage treatment process, we use the dynamic fuzzy control in the water quality of the sewage treatment process parameters , on this basis, we completed the automatic control system software design, the upper control software we use the WinCC configuration ,the next bit control softwarewe use the STEP7 5.1. We use the object-oriented programming idea to improve the efficiency of automatic control software. We developed the application communication protocol between the upper and lower computer layer, the next crew and the host computer can run independently when they are not connected, when the communication connects again, you can pass the parameters of the system from each other to avoid the loss of valid data. The central control system monitors the plant process and equipment operation all the time, the remote control substitutes for the original analog console, it is important simulation parameters to trend display, allowing the operator to better control water quality.

Abstract: Collaborations abstract the interactions among a group of objects above the level of an individual object-oriented programming (OOP) message send for an integrated design/manufacture process, they can realize information share and system integration, and can be viewed as a type of systematic approach. This paper proposes the collaborative mode in the interior of an enterprise and among enterprises and a novel knowledge-based intensive CAD/CAM framework for collaborative environment development, which integrates product design, design for process planning, NC codes auto-generation and manufacturing simulation. A unified class of knowledge intensive data structures is defined using the blackboard and OO knowledge-based approach for handling both the design and the process planning problems. The detailed knowledge-intensive framework with integration of multi-cooperative knowledge sources and software is given. Thus, product design, process planning and NC codes auto-generation can be carried out simultaneously and collaboratively in an entirely computer-aided collaborative environment.

Abstract: Electromechanical products such as electrical toothbrushes and robots carry multitechnological characteristics, and functional operation of these systems is depended on the successful operation of all system components. There are interactions between electronic and mechanical components, software and other systems in complex products. These interactions such as heat, vibration, gravity, corrosion and electromagnetism can lead to functional and financial losses and failures of these kinds of products. The physical arrangement and mutual relation of subsystems and parts are very important to design reliable and robust systems. However, designing these products is complicated and time-consuming due to limitations on available expertise, tools, and methods. This paper presents a new product development approach proposed for integrating mechanical design with electronic design to improve design and manufacture of electromechanical products in terms of customer requirements, reliability, structural integrity, weight, cost and time. This approach has been implemented in a Delphi based environment integrated with a CAD system. It assists in evaluating complex systems as far as parts relation and their possible effects on each other, costs, weight and physical constraints are concerned in the early design process. This helps the designers to avoid design iterations, and minimize the likelihood of failures and rapidly develop reliable complex products subject to given constraints.

Abstract: This paper describes computer-aided-design software which accurately and efficiently designs internal combustion engine (I.C.) parts with the aid of Microsoft Visual Basic Object - oriented programming language. In addition to numerically outputting solutions (design parameters), the software also provides graphical solutions which facilitates easy visualization of trends in the variation of the solutions with important parameters. We then illustrate its accuracy and efficiency with some benchmark examples.
