Abstract: Elliptical head is an important standard part of the separation tower equipment. It can not be generated by tensile method, rotation method, because the rotation axis can not pass region. This paper introduces the ObjectARX programming environment. It describes how to build the menu and the dialog box. ObjectARX is a secondary development tool of AutoCAD. With its function and its mechanical drawing once learned, four arcs of ellipse can be used to build 3d modeling of head.of tower equipment. The ObjectARX programming technology is applied to develop AutoCAD, making it more convenient to darw the professional 3d graphics.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, dramatic changes have taken place in the highway tunnel industry. However, there is no professional computer aided design software for tunnel design available. Designers tend to spend lots of time to completing the design work. In order to reduce the repeating work of designers, this paper focuses on how to implement parametric design of highway tunnel inner contour with ObjectARX on the platform of CAD. In order to generate inner contour of highway tunnel automatically, parameterized design method is employed. Visual C++ 2010 is chosen as development environment of the computer aided contour design software. With proper control parameters inputted, it generates inner contour of highway tunnel automatically. According to the results, it is a promising approach to improve the design work of high design.

Abstract: Railway Land design has an important influence on project investment, land resources utilization and environmental protection. Based on the ObjectARX custom entity technology of AutoCAD , this study proposes a new method of land design. To fulfill this purpose, at first, this paper customizes custom entities of railway land areas and geographic areas, which involves existing buildings, cash crop areas and environmental preserves. It is convenient to design the land by editing these entity data or directly dragging land piles in AutoCAD . Besides, computer will automatically calculate the land quantity and cost in real time, which can help designers analyze the land use. Practices have proved that this method can avoid a large number of tedious statistical work and significantly improve the efficiency of land use design.

Abstract: Based on the research airport vertical design principles and theories, this paper describes how we have researched and developed the vertical design CAD software system by the theory of Coons Surface as a mathematical model to describe the surface morphology of the airport, and the theory of Delaunay triangular together with digital terrain model system.

Abstract: FDM process of rapid prototyping systems at present which can only reads the STL format file, based on this format can be get the 2-d layer is composed of straight line segments connected polygon contour, makes the model layer of information that are geometric distortion, leading to surface accuracy is poorer; Produced based on STL model for layered geometric distortion problem, this paper put forward to directly layering of entity model, and through the ObjectARX which is the secondary development tools of AutoCAD realizes layer directly in the software, the layer of 2-d contour for smooth curve, so as to ensure accuracy, it will be played an important role in the practical application later.

Abstract: The developed BIM-based integrated design software system is composed of two seamlessly integrated modules: structure calculation module and post-process module, the interface between the modules is clear. Using object oriented programming technology, a series of intelligent solid classes are abstracted to describe parts with deferent geometric information, structure properties and design requirements in real structure. Objects which are instances of these hierarchical C++ classes and logical links between them were integrated into the AutoCAD drawing database to construct a three-dimensional model. Several key functions including parametric shortcut modeling, frames analysis and member checking, three-dimensional solid construction, node design and editing, and drawing are implemented. IFC interface and the interface with common software are also implemented.

Abstract: According to the intensive analysis of metal mine production information database and data characteristics, object-oriented database is primarily discussed to establish for metal mine production information with UML technique. Then the subsequent design idea and approach is presented on mine three-view drawing of metal mine production information system, taking the requests and rules of mapping in metal mine into account and applying the techniques of ObjectARX, to realize three dimension information visualization and automatic mapping of metal mine production information and mining design. In the whole process we cohered with experiences from engineering to do interactive improvement and develop simple and convenient system operation interfaces according with working habits of direct labor on production lines,which owns strong application significance and wonderful popularization value among metal mines at present.

Abstract: The multi-bridge high-pressure waterjet cutting machine greatly improved cutting efficiency, and also made one-off processing of large workpiece possible. In order to further improve the efficiency of this system, this paper have put forward a drawing treatment—using ObjectARX development kit to do secondary development of AutoCAD drawing. Through customized menu commands of AutoCAD to call ObjectARX application, thus achieve automatic drawing segmentation, namely assigned equivalent workload as possible for each cutting head to increase the simultaneous work time of cutting heads and improve efficiency. At last, experiments were taken to verify the feasible of this method.

Abstract: The primary program development principles and techniques of detailed drawings and CNC programming based on three-dimensional solid model for light gage steel structure are discussed. Components of the structure with complex spatial relationships and construction details are shown directly, accurately and completely based on 3D solid model, and structure properties and design requirements are integrated into the intelligent model. Therefore, drawings and detailed drawings can be drawn and labeled automatically by projecting and hiding with the extracted geometric information of particular entities. Further more, an automatic programming method for computerized numerical control is proposed, and CNC program are encoded according to manufacture information of parts in the model.

Abstract: According that town plan is mainly drawn with software AutoCAD, this article realizes to automatically select a shortest transport route on urban road and dynamically display traffic flow based on VC++ and ObjectARX and lays a foundation for future development taking traffic limit, traffic conditions and other complex conditions into account.
