Abstract: To overcome the inlet temperature uncertainties during an in-line thermo-rheological characterization and to further apply a differential convection method for an injection molding process, a concept of device designing is proposed in this work. An analytical and numerical investigation proves that the proposed concept can provide information on the viscosity of the material via thermal measurements, despite a poorly known inlet temperature.

Abstract: This paper puts forward an on-line monitoring system of power transformer which could online collect multiple physical parameters of power transformer at the same time without using electricity sensor. In this case, the sensor will not affected by the strong electric field, magnetic field and electromagnetic wave. The system analysis the running state of power transformer according to physical parameters accurately, as current technology can only measure single physical parameters, it can solve this problem that the measurement results lack of association. Moreover, the system improves the reliability of power transformer operation and security of online measurement, ensuring the safe operation of power system.

Abstract: This paper researches on a method for on-line fault calculation based on expert system theory. The method improves traditional method of width precedence searching, and applies to form the node impedance matrix, which not only settles loop net but also advances calculation efficiency. To convenient for fault calculation, we process and identify the basic parameters and perform equivalent of 220kV external system. Moreover inbuilt fault calculation software has been realized, which can exchange data with SCADA system on-line.

Abstract: An on-line monitoring system of hydrodynamic lubricant supply conditions for the back-up roll’s oil film bearing of 1420mm cold rolling mill was developed for providing real time monitoring so as to avoid unexpected breakdown of the production line. The monitoring parameters of supply pressure, supply temperature and supply flow rate show that the monitoring system software with real-time event trigger mechanism and intelligent storage algorithm solves the issue of data overflow in the continuous record and ensure the safety of data transmission. Test results for hydrodynamic lubricant supply conditions in the industrial production are reported, which indicated that established software architecture and programming methods construct a stable and reliable monitoring system, which provides early warnings for the safe production.

Abstract: Recently, the UAV has become the research focus at home and abroad. this paper puts forward a unconventional type: double ducted tilting Subminiature UAV system (SUAV) , and carries out the research of the control system for this SUAV. Since SUAV flight attitude control process has strong time-varying characteristics, and there are random disturbances, the conventional control methods with unchanged parameters are often unworkable. An on-line adaptive ADRC control system is designed in this paper. An on-line adaptive ADRC system implements a simultaneous on-line tuning of ADRC rules and output scale of ADRC control system. The flight experiment showed that the proposed adaptive ADRC system provides quicker response, smaller overshoot, higher precision, robustness and adaptive ability. It satisfies the needs of autonomous flight.

Abstract: An on-line monitoring system was proposed to monitor lubrication oil real-time condition. Oil is the machine equipment blood, and its condition has very serious influence on machine running. Firstly, this paper expiated the research significance of on-line oil monitoring. Then the key problem of on-line oil monitoring was discussed and its goal was analyzed. Furthermore, basic research content and research thread were put forward. Based on the modern photoelectric detection, microscopic imaging and computer image processing technology, an on-line acquisition system of lubricating oil particle image was proposed. This work provides a new research idea for on-line monitoring system which is important to develop the technology of oil condition monitoring.

Abstract: This paper proposes a kind of on-line control system for operation mode in substations, which can read data on-line from EMS, and then calculate total loss of substations in parallel operation, split operation or individual operation mode. According to the result, the system can select the most optimized way and feed the conclusion back to EMS, which can make substations operate in the most optimized way. The system is suitable for optimization of substation in rural power grid.

Abstract: The main challenge of long-time creep monitoring on site is a reliable sensor. In this paper, a sensing device is developed specifically for high temperature creep monitoring. And it is applied to on-line monitor the strain of material on T-joint of main steam piping. Its reliability is verified theoretically using the finite element method and experimentally by high temperature on site test. The creep damage of the T joint is evaluated basing on the creep rate sensed by the sensing device. And the residual life is predicted for the piping system using the Monkman-Grant equation. This system is useful for safety assessment procedures in thermal power plant, nuclear power plant and petrochemical industries.

Abstract: To study the path planning problem of multiple mobile robots in dynamic environments, an on-line centralized path planning algorithm is proposed. It is difficult to obtain real-time performance for path planning of multiple robots in dynamic environment. The harmonic potential field for multiple mobile robots is built by using the panel method known in fluid mechanics, which represents the outward normal velocity of each line of a polygonal obstacle as a function of the length of its characteristic line. The simulation results indicate that it is a simple, efficient and effective path planning algorithm for multiple mobile robots in the dynamic environments that the geometries and trajectories of obstacles are known in advance, and can achieve real-time performance.

Abstract: The structure of gas blower group is complex. There are many types of fault and many fault are hidden, such as axial channeling move, rotor rubbing, resonance of sliding bearing oil film, gear fault , unbalanced, misalignment .etc. The happening of these kind of fault, will affect seriously the efficiency and safety of operation of the gas blower, leading to the paralysis of the production system. Therefore, it is necessary to design an On-line fault intelligent monitoring diagnosis system for gas blower group as soon as possible. When on-line monitoring , at the same time ,the computer in the background online real-time analysis all kinds of dynamic vibration signal automatically, discriminate the operating status of these blower group, depend on consequence of all kinds of analysis , by intelligent reasoning, online real-time display fault type, the cause, site and severity. Can also be offline man-machine interactive for intelligent diagnosis precision.
