Abstract: Zhundong coal has a huge proved reserve and many excellent properties. However, the alkali metal content in Zhundong coal is distinctly high, which can accelerate the deactivation of De-NOx SCR catalysts. Using solution impregnation method, the effect of operation conditions on activity of SCR catalysts before and after poisoned by sodium was experimentally investigated. The results show that the NO reduction ratio raises with the increase of NH3/NO ratio. Longer residence time results in higher NO reduction ratio. Compared with catalyst poisoned by NaCl, residence time presents less influence on activity of fresh catalyst in 250-400 oC, which is beneficial for De-NOx process. Both O2 and NO concentration have no apparent influence on NO reduction ratio.

Abstract: With the growth of the natural gas market, the long distance natural gas pipeline system is getting more and more important in nowadays. As a united and enclosed hydraulic system, the operation conditions of the whole line will be changed by the influence of the condition change in one station. On the one hand, the condition change made people analyze operation scheme more difficult, on the other hand, pipeline system operating conditions directly affect the relationship between the production and the sales of natural gas. Therefore, the operation of the gas pipeline must be optimized, which brings huge economic and social benefits. This paper constructed a simulation model of a long distance natural gas pipeline by TG.net, and then analyzed the change of the operating condition of the pipeline after a compressor station shut down, found out the regularity.

Abstract: A numerical calculation code FLAC3D is used to simulate excavation of a deep foundation pit of railway station nearby pile group foundations. The horizontal deformations of pile group foundations are then calculated under different operation conditions of excavation, supporting and loading. Abstract: The paper discusses the problem of reliability calculation for mechanical units under load. Because the rated reliability of the unit as a system with many independent elements can tend to zero, the methods of reliability calculation of the units as real objects with the common factors (loads, operation conditions) are proposed. The choice of the life test modes and test time depends essentially on unit-related information like their operation conditions. The paper describes one of approaches, passing to this problem. Within its framework, the accumulations of damages are made at several typical points of the loaded system.
