Abstract: A SVM calibration model combined with new information processing method of support vector machine and infrared spectroscopy is established. For the problem of model parameters affecting the analysis results, the optimization of the model parameters is studied through the experiment. The mixed gas containing hydrocarbon is used as an example, spectra data preprocessing, spectra analysis band, spectrometer scanning interval, types of kernel function for SVM calibration model, penalty factor C, and other parameters that affect the measurement results are optimized. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the analysis results can be improved in the case of the SVM calibration model optimized and the model has a practical application value.

Abstract: Automatic monoclonal colony picking machine with 96-probe picking module were employed to improve picking efficacy. The paper proposes a modified genetic algorithm based on dual-sequenced real coded andnew crossover operator to reduce the moving distance of the picking module in picking process. The algorithm makes the picking process more efficient. It also has good convergence speed and outstanding ability to overcome the premature convergence.

Abstract: In this paper the drawing process of Box-torque was simulated by Dynaform, which is FEM simulation software. The process parameters, which affected the quality of forming, were optimized by finite element simulation. The emphasis was focus on the optimization of draw-bead and BHF and data were summarized from the optimization graphs. In this simulation, lengthways draw-bead was set on the technical face for reducing or eliminating wrinkle. It was innovation difference from the usual that the draw-bead was set on binder. Finally the correctness of simulation was approved by comparing the optimization of simulation with the data of experimentation.

Abstract: A new training method is proposed, which could solve the problem of that parameters of fractional order controller are not easy to be selected. This method which based on the principle of gravity optimizes parameters. Random initial parameter based on step was set as coordinate form which in the midpoint of the multidimensional space. The error between the actual output and the target output was set as radius. This method had advantages which could not need to calculate the gradient and could randomly select initial. Through the simulation experiment, this method is successfully applied in the fractional order PID controller, which obtains the optimal parameters.

Abstract: CNC cylindrical grinding machine reliability is an important performance indicators, the level of reliability will directly affect the use of CNC cylindrical grinding machine. Reliability of the traditional classification method is not clear, standards are not uniform, the paper application taxonomy for 12 CNC grinding machines from September 2012 to July 2014 for two years more than 600 pieces complete failure and repair data for statistical analysis to identify a greater impact on the overall reliability of the fault location and cause of the malfunction. According to the probability of occurrence of each failure mode, the severity of harm's comprehensive evaluation of the degree of fault of each site, identify the weak links of the whole system. As a result, the reliability of CNC cylindrical grinding machine will be greatly improved.

Abstract: This paper defines the efficiency similarity of different motor driving devices. Based on the efficiency function characteristics which can be approximately considered a concave, non-negative function through the origin, we present a kind of optimal control method for a felt driven by three different motors in paper machine. It gives the minimum total power consumption. The optimal control method is to keep the same torque rate for each motor driving device. This method is independent of the linearity or nonlinearity of the system and has no need for the system’s state equation or transfer function. Since the shapes of efficiency functions in nature are similar, the conclusion can also be applied to the energy optimization of other general devices.

Abstract: The basic principle of sequential quadratic programming method and the concrete implementation steps in MATLAB are expounded. Sequential quadratic programming method is used for the cabin structure optimization. In the optimization, the minimal sizes of components stipulated by the rules are used as size constraints, the frequencies required by the rules are used as performance constraints and the minimum lightness of the ship are used as objective. Finite element analysis of the ship structure optimized is done and the results obtained show that both the maximum equivalent stress and the maximum shear stress meet the requirements and first three order frequencies of the cabin structure are also far away from the working frequency of propeller and host. The optimization reduces the weight of the cabin under the condition of meet the static characteristic and dynamic characteristic.

Abstract: For the standard BP algorithm usually has the limitations of slow convergence and local extreme values, a new method to adjust weights of BP network was proposed based on the bat algorithm of the global optimization ability and the strong convergence. The new algorithm was based on the weight adjustments of error back propagation of BP algorithm and the weight and threshold of BP network modification using the bats position update. The new algorithm can not only use the bat ability of global optimization, but also contain the feature of error back propagation of BP algorithm. The new algorithm was used in simulation test of two typical functions, results of which were analyzed and compared with that of basic BP algorithm and PSO-BP algorithm. Experimental results show that the new algorithm has faster convergence speed and higher convergence accuracy, and improved the learning ability and generalization ability of BP network. The performances of the new algorithm were superior to that of other 2 kinds of BP network algorithm.

Abstract: In order to achieve parametric design of the various components and parametric assembly of scissor lift platform, this paper describes SolidWorks secondary development technology which is based on C# and application ACCESS database technology which is for parameters storing of various parts. Parametric design is achieved by programming code. Finally, to achieve light-weight design ,we use the finite element method to optimize the size of the model structure.
