Abstract: Layer thickness optimization is performed to maximize the first-order natural frequency of clamped laminated composite plates using the genetic algorithm and meshless global radial basis function collocation method. The objective function of optimization problem is the maximum first-order natural frequency; optimization variables are layer thickness. The optimal layer thickness and the maximum first-order natural frequency of the 2-layer plates are presented to demonstrate the accuracy of present method.

Abstract: To increase the molecular weight of poly (phenylene sulfide ether) (PPSE), a novel route has been developed via the reduction of poly (phenylene sulfoxide ether sulfide ether) (PPSOESE) precursor. The synthesis of high molecular weight PPSOESE is essential for the ultimate purpose. Effects of process parameters on preparation of PPSOESE were firstly investigated and the optimization was performed by response surface methodology (RSM). Average number molecular weight (Mn) and Yield of PPSOESE were defined as the experimental responses. The statistical analyses indicate that the most significant factor is monomer concentration, followed by reaction temperature and the interaction of reaction temperature • monomer concentration. Under optimal conditions, the and Yield responses were obtained as 1.78 ×104 ±1.02 % and 93.6±1.3 %, which are in agreement with the predicted values of 1.80 ×104 and 95.4 %, respectively. Structure of PPSOESE was also characterized. The highest intrinsic viscosity and yield of PPSE by the reduction of PPSOESE reached to 0.78 dL/g and 93.2%, respectively, much greater than the reported results. The work is helpful for forthcoming preparation and study of high molecular weight PPSE.

Abstract: From the analysis and synthesis, which consists of a draft of structure of a new enterprise management system concept based on hierarchical balancing optimization model, results clear findings and outputs. The primary benefit is considered to be the fact, that it showed the existence and use of balancing model as a tool for effective management of the production company. This article primarily describes the use of the balance model at the analysis of the production process. HBOM can be involved in the verification process impacts of the individual reversals in the technology and economics of company, at operating in the verification plan, and verification of compliance and reality.

Abstract: The successful rationalization of production and the subsequent formation of assembly-line production in the footwear industry has evolved from its deepest post-war economic crisis. People who needed to produce the best quality shoes at a reasonable price demanded changes in the system of production and sales. Rationalization introduced in the manufacture of footwear used modern machines that were scientifically and optimally distributed in manufacturing processes. Proceedings of the race was comprehensively carried out according to the production plans from raw material to the sale of final products in stores. The whole system was characterized by a struggle against all losses and defects, against wasting time, energy and material either of an individual or a team work.

Abstract: Regional land use is an important source of carbon emissions .To some extent , the optimization land use will change the pattern and structure of human energy consumption .In this paper, we try to put forward a new approach to optimize the land use structure of the low carbon target in Zhangye .Three schemes for land use low-carbon optimization were proposed and analyzed, and the policy suggestions were put forward finally . Compare with the original plan, Optimization program in the year of 2020, the amount of carbon accumulation increase 124.1648 million tons, and carbon emissions reduce 1,152,100 tons. This indicates that the scheme for land use planning to achieve carbon reduction and carbon accumulation has important guiding significance.

Abstract: A rapid ultrasonic wave-assisted dansylation procedure was developed for the derivatization of cadaverine prior to HPLC determination. Cadaverine was quantitatively dansylated in 10 min using a ultrasonic power of 200 W and a operating frequency of 40 KHz .In this case, the excellent derivatising condition are determined as follows: pH of buffer, 9.5; concentration of dansyl chloride, 5 mg/mL; time of reaction, 10 min. This method is fast, reproducible and practical for the analysis of cadaverine.

Abstract: The tradition way of open pit mine design just takes the operating and capital costs into account while the ecological costs of mining to ecological environment is not a concern at all. For this concept, based on the mine ecological footprint and eco-cost models which have been built by author, the ecological cost allocation models which take mining, stripping and ore dressing as incentive are built. It contains allocation models of unit mining ecological costs, stripping ecological costs and ore processing ecological costs. Moving cone elimination algorithm and iteration method is used for a open pit metal mine to optimize ultimate pit. The studies show that the pit optimization which contains ecological costs has a great impact on the ultimate pit. Compared to the pit optimization with an end treatment, ecological costs are contained in the pit design is better for either economy or environment.

Abstract: Considering the Impact of the current urban road traffic noise,I optimize the traffic noise monitoring points on the basis of the actual measurement data. The experimental results prove that less monitoring points may reflect the overall traffic noise level in Binzhou City.

Abstract: Ceramic plate is a new product in solar heat collecting. However, the heat transfer efficiency of the existing products is low. The optimization of the flow path and structure of solar heat collecting ceramic plate can strengthen the heat transfer greatly. This study aimed to obtain the optimization data of the heat transfer characteristics in order to design more efficient solar collecting system. The internal flow path and structure was modified based on the computational fluid dynamics and numerical heat transfer. The result has proved that the internal flow field was made uniform with little increase of the resistance loss, but achieved more efficiency of the heat transfer.

Abstract: Compared with the conventional transformer, high temperature superconducting (HTS) transformer can effectively improve the efficiency of the system. The current lead of HTS transformer is a main part that leads to leak out heat, and its thermal leakage loss greatly influents the performance of cryogenic system. So it is important to design and optimize the current lead. In this paper, the current lead of a 50MVA HTS transformer is designed, depended on the calculated conclusion of temperature field with FEM method, the optimization of the current lead is carried out to decrease heat losses.
