Abstract: In this paper, aerodynamic performance and noise of the wind turbine airfoil are the optimization design goal and based on this, the optimization design method with multi-operating points and multi-objective of the airfoils is built. The Bezier curve is used in parametric modeling of the contour of the airfoil and the general equation for control points is deduced form the discrete points coordinates of the airfoil. The weigh distribution schemes for multi-objective and multi-operating points are integrated designed by treating the NREL S834 airfoil as the initial airfoils. The results show that the lift-to-drag ratio of the optimized airfoils has a improvement around the designed operating angle and the overall noise has a reduction compared with the initial airfoils, which means that the optimized airfoils get a better aerodynamic and acoustic performance.

Abstract: With the usage of the FEM software ANSYS, an axisymmetric model for the tube channel end of a screw lock closure type heat exchanger was built. The elastic and elastoplastic stress analyses were carried out. The variations of the stress distribution at the root of threads and the contact pressure on threads engaged surfaces were invesgated. Furthemore, an optimization design based on the elastic model for this type heat exchanger was also conducted in order to obtain reasonable structure dimensions and make full use of materials.

Abstract: This paper described examples of genetic algorithm in valve spring optimization design of internal combustion engine, which solve the optimal values of the design variables by constructing multi-objective function. The technical problems that complex performance can't be considered in the calculation were solved in designing the spring, the method has many advantages such as simple universal, strong robustness, and wide application range; it is an essential and critical intelligent computing technology in the future mechanical optimization design.

Abstract: The relative positional relationship between the stay vanes and guide vanes is researched to analyze the impact on the hydraulic performance of the Turbine based on N-S equations and RNG k-ε turbulence model under the conditions of sandy water with the numerical simulation method. There are main five kinds of the relative positional relationship between the dual cascades is used to analyse the trends of the distribution about the pressure and velocity. The relative circumferential positions between the dual cascades have obviously effect on the flow verified. And the velocity vector and the pressure distribution on the surface of the guide vanes are studied further. The results show that energy performance is best if little circumferential position differences between the dual cascades in two typical conditions. However, the distribution about the pressure and velocity is uneven on the active surface of guide vanes, exacerbating the local abrasion of the vanes.

Abstract: Application of a very wide range of engineering and construction of concrete beam, generally by the concrete and steel components, plays an important role in civil engineering. The unit adopts the structure of what will maximize the load, is the key problem in the design of concrete beam. This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the Steel Reinforced Concrete and the bearing capacity, the design of a new type of structure. Application of ANSYS software to carry on the numerical simulation to it, and the concrete materials with different strength grades were bearing contrast; through continuous optimization of steel and concrete structure, complete the optimal combination between material, find Steel Reinforced Concrete structure best, and eventually realize the reasonable design of concrete beam.

Abstract: Based on the research of experiment content and connecting with the current of Daqing oil field polymer injection condition [1]. We make the following experiment scheme design that focus on the study of polymer injection time. We analyzes the change of the ultimate recovery trend and combines with the change of moisture content and injection pressure indicators. We summarize the change of the polymer injection time under the condition of indoor physical simulation experiment on the influence of ultimate recovery to guide the late oil field polymer injection development plan design [2].

Abstract: This document proposed the test scheme of limit Test-bench structural system under the setting-out conditions of simulating critical state and completed the design and manufacture of the test system through conducting investigation on test methods and equipment of tension stringing construction process, combining the 1,250mm2 large cross-section conductor and construction technology requirements and based on functional positioning, optimization of combined design and force analysis of Test-bench, mechanics analysis of various parts and their connection as well as allowable stress method check. This system was closer to the actual stringing working conditions, and the obtained data were more reasonable and exact and meet the actual engineering demand. In addition, the reliability of this test system has been verified through the test of 1,250mm2 third-class large cross-section conductor.
