Abstract: The management structure that the paper discussed is from the equipment maintenance unit. The structure is the base and support system of the unit. The optima design of the structure possess the basal position in unit management .Based on the theory of entropy, this paper analyses the influence of system management structure on the system information flow. It evaluated the order degree of system management structure in view of information, introduced two concepts: time- effect and quality of information flow and established the Time Effect-Quality Model (TEQM). With TEQM, it is possible to optimize and quantitatively evaluate the system management structure. In addition, the paper also supplies detailed calculating steps of order degree of system management structure, and provides an example at the end.

Abstract: In order to describe the evolution of the manufacturing system from disorder to order, the order parameters of synergetic is applied. According to the basic features and selection principles of the order parameters, the order parameter of manufacturing system and the order parameter evaluation index system are put. On this basis, the quantitative analysis model on order degree of manufacturing system is proposed. The order degree of manufacturing system according to the statistical data from year 2000 to 2008 in China is taken out. The results show that the order degree of the manufacturing system in China which gradually and orderly develops to the benign direction is increasing year by year. It conforms to the current situation of manufacturing industry in China.

Abstract: Mechanical spectroscopy and neutron diffraction studies were performed on several samples with compositions Fe - 25 at. % (Al + Si) and Fe - 15 at. % (Al + Si). It was found that the solute grain boundary relaxation is strongly dependent on the degree of order in the sample. A decrease in the orderdegree allows the development of a relaxation peak at around 1000 K during cooling from 1200 K. In contrast, if the order degree is not decreased, the grain boundaries remain locked and consequently the relaxation peak does not appear. The magnetic response both in the asquenched and after thermal treatment states was also explored and correlated to the microstructural state.
