Abstract: Orefield structures of Fankou lead-zinc deposit in Guangdong province is complex and have been argued about for years. By means of comprehensive study of indoor and outdoor,The lambda-type structure made of major fault of F203 of strike northwest and branch fault of F3, F4 of strike northnortheast is ore-controlling structure, which not only controls the shape, the occurrence and spatial distribution of the ore body, but also controls the formation and distribution of the deposit.Key region of next prospecting is near fault of northnortheast direction of hangingwall block of the F203.Key words:Pb-Zn ore deposit;Ore-controlling structure;Fankou in Guangdong Province, China

Abstract: The lead-zinc ore in Luziyuan, Zhenkang Town, Yunnan Province is a large lead-zinc polymetallic deposit discovered in recent years. The ore body mainly occurs in the stratum of Shahechang Group of Upper Cambrian. Controlled by NE trending faults and its flanking associated structures, it features equal interval and lateral trending distribution in the spatial domain. The development and mineralization of wall-rock alteration experienced two stages, low medium temperature stage and medium-high temperature stage. Metallogenic materials are mainly from the ore-bearing stratum and deep concealed rock mass. Through the study of such geological features as lithology of ore-bearing stratum, structure of ore-controlling Faults, wall-rock alteration, and ore fabrics, the author believes that the formation of the deposit is closely related to the multi stages of tectonic movements and magmatic hydrothermal activities. It is a sedimentary-reworked type, and skarn-type lead-zinc-iron polymetallic deposit and it is of multiple mineralization stages and varieties of mineral sources.

Abstract: Since the 1950s, the Changdong-Manxu Pb-Zn deposit has ever been explored for ore bodies by a number of Geology Parties,On the basis of studying the regional metallogenic geological background, Geologic characteristics of the deposits, ore-controlling geological factors, they thought the deposit belongs to sedimentary transformation type stratabound lead-zinc ore deposit ,which controlled by fault structures. According to the features of ore-controlling fault features and metallogenic conditions,it is possible to find large to super-large ores inside and outside the tectonic zones of the deposit.

Abstract: Yanglin’ao tungsten deposit is a typical mesothermal to hyperthermal filling-metasomatism postmagmatic deposit. It is featured with the structure-controlling distribution of ore-body and mineralization; while veinlet-type ore-bodies are particularly situated at the hanging wall of F24(No.24 of Fault Fracture), and the mineralization is especially concentrated below and above the unconformable surface between Proterozoic Banxi slate group and Middle DevonianYanglin’ao sandstone formation. Geological characteristics, structure forms and its formation mechanisms of ore-controlling structure were studied in this paper and a special tectonic-controlled model was initially set up. Furthermore the author also made mineralization prospecting prediction based on structure characteristics.
