Abstract: As organic transistors are preparing to make improvements towards flexible and low cost electronics applications, the analytical models and simulation methods were demanded to predict the optimized performance and circuit design. In this paper, we investigated the analytical model of an organic transistor device and simulate the output and transfer characteristics of the device using MATLAB tools for different channel length (L) of the organic transistor. In the simulation, the Pool-Frenkel mobility model was used to represent the conductive channel of organic transistor. The different channel length has been simulated with the value of 50 μm, 10 μm and 5 μm. This research paper analyses the performance of organic thin film transistor (TFT) for top contact bottom gate device. From the simulation, drain current of organic transistor was increased as the channel length decreased. Other extraction value such sub-threshold and current on/off ratio is 0.41 V and 21.1 respectively. Thus, the simulation provides significant extraction of information about the behaviour of the organic thin film transistor.

Abstract: For effectively harvesting the broadband and low-frequency vibration energies in real environment, a micro bistable piezoelectric generator, without containing magnet, is designed. On the basis of analysis the nonlinear behavior of the stiffness, damping and the electromechanical coupling coefficient about the bistable vibration system, a precise mechanical-electric transfer model is built. The output characteristic of the piezoelectric generator is simulated and tested. The results showed that the piezoelectric generator can effectively harvest the broadband and low frequency vibration energies. And the output voltage can meet the electricity demand of a wireless sensor network node. The structure of the piezoelectric generator does not contain magnets, and it is easy to realize miniaturization and integration.

Abstract: We investigate the output characteristics of Smith-Purcell free electron laser based on an all-feedback resonator by theoretic analysis and particle-in-cell simulation method. The simulation results show that the output power spectrum density is different with different azimuthal angle range in this device. The output power spectrum density on azimuthal angle curve is a nonlinear curve. This output characteristics is important to design the port of this device.

Abstract: As the power source of warship, diesel engine determines the dynamic performance of the whole warship. In this paper, a simulation model of MAN B&W7S80MC low-speed two-stroke marine diesel engine, used by certain warship, is developed. Simulation analysis is carried out based on LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim. The simulation results show that the model has good accuracy and dynamic characteristics, thus the model can simulate for control design, performance analysis and simulation of the power source of warship.

Abstract: In this paper, the natural vibration characteristics of a hybrid vehicle powertrain are simulated. The nonlinear dynamic model is proposed by using the lumped parameter method, and the dynamic response characteristics of the powertrain with a wide range change of engine speed and torque are studied. The conclusions provide the basis for the system design and control strategies constituting of hybrid vehicle powertrain.

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the mathematical model of the solar cell and it I-V characteristic curve equation , discusses the the relationship between parameters. When changes of light intensity and temperature,We uesed measured value for the reference data , the value of ,,,are tested in 25°C,1000W/m2 the battery is the 3909 battery of Suntech. Then we given the Calculate value of ,,,in 25°C,800W/m2, 200W/m2. We uesed measured value for the reference data , the value of ,,,are tested in1000W/m2, 30°C, the battery is the 4209 battery of Suntech. then we given the Calculate value of ,,,in 40°Cand60°C. Finally ,we analysised the change of the four parameters with light intensity and temperature changes, it shows that the calculation results is consistent with the test data. It can reflect the relationship between I-V characteristic and the changes of light intensity and temperature. This study will help us to give the I-V characteristic and data directly , also help us to study solar cell easyly in any environment

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of experiments, teaching and training on output characteristics of PV solar panel, this paper designed and produced a real-time training experimental box to test the output characteristics of the PV module, basing on the principle and characteristics of the PV generation .The partial function of the experimental box is designed according to the operational principle of the PV streetlight. So it may be used combining with PV module or PV streetlight. It is a teaching and training tool to carry out appropriate experiments. The photovoltaic output characteristics have been verified by the test results on the equipment.

Abstract: The simulation of the output characteristics of PV array is the problem to be solved firstly of the maximum power point tracking technology simulation of PV array. At present, there are three methods of PV array mathematical model building at home and abroad, but there aren’t comparative studies of their simulation effect to PV array. This paper analyses the three methods and carries out the simulation for them by MATLAB/Simulink platform. Finally, with comparing the simulation results of them, their simulation effect are basically identical, but the first mathematical model is more simple and is more helpful for the researchers to read and analyse.
