Abstract: With the development of industrial automation, people are increasingly demanding high product quality. Especially in automotive and aerospace fields, the fatigue quality of components determines the merits of the whole vehicle. Therefore fatigue performance testing has good prospects. Pressure pulse testing rig is a automatic control system. The system uses the solution which combines the virtual instrument technology with PLC controller technology. It has the ability to get the function of signal acquisition, signal analyzing, data processing and automatic control together. It enables the system to run automatically in accordance with setting commands and avoids the problem that the CNC system lacks of real-time capability and the disadvantage that the whole PLC driver control system can not meet the requirement of data acquisition and data processing. At the same time, it has both the advantages in the open CNC system and advantages in the controller system and can realize the highly efficient control.

Abstract: This paper design a PID controller based on nerve net aimed some servo system. The controller use NN control algorithm on the basis of classic PID controller. It can adjust the parameters of PID adaptively and realize the control demand of high precision and rapidity. The control algorithm is programmed using MATLAB and c++ language. According to results of the simulation and experiments, the NN PID controller has good static and dynamic property and meets the performance of actual servo system very well.

Abstract: System identification is the basis for control system design. For linear time-invariant systems have a variety of identification methods, identification methods for nonlinear dynamic system is still in the exploratory stage. Nonlinear identification method based on neural network is a simple and effective general method that does not require too much priori experience about the system to be identified. Through training and learning, the network weights are corrected to achieve the purpose of system identification. The paper is about the identification of multivariable nonlinear dynamic system based on PID neural network. The structure and algorithm of PID neural network are introduced and the properties and characteristics are analyzed. The system identification is completed and the results are fast convergence.

Abstract: This paper is addressed water pipe pressure control method, chose a water pipe with bypass valve as an object. The paper made the pressure and flow control of the object a mathematic model. This paper design a PID control algorithm which base on RBF neural network to control the pressure and flow of the object, and simulate the control process both RBF neural network PID algorithm and PID algorithm. The last part of the paper contrasts the two simulation result.

Abstract: Loading system of pumping unit simulates the working condition of pumping unit. It can repeat all kind of the real force and motion on pumping unit and detect the quality of pumping unit. Through analyzing the indicator diagram of pumping unit, we design a elecro-hydraulic servo loading system of pumping unit which uses the method of displacement and force feedback control. Meeting the load requirement simulated it with AMESim software.

Abstract: The heat exchange station is important element which connect to the heat source and the users. Heat exchange station has the characteristics of great inertia, pure lag, time-dependent nature. So it is difficult for conventional PID controller to control the system. Expert system PID controller combines the advantages of expert system and the conventional PID. It can deal with all kinds of complicated situations. The results show that this scheme completely conform to the requirements of the system control.

Abstract: Aiming at the deficiencies of traditional PID control algorithm, the application of Fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed in variable frequency speed regulation system of glass edge grinding machine. The design of fuzzy PID controller is presented in the paper. The paper not only introduces the system principle and models for inverter and AC asynchronous motor but also tells the principle of Fuzzy PID Controller and its design method. A simulation model including traditional PID Controller and Fuzzy PID Controller is established in MATLAB/Simulink. Through the analysis of the difference between the two controlling outputs, the better performance of Fuzzy PID Controller in response speed, accuracy and stability is proved effectively. The result can be used as important criterion to the practical application of Fuzzy PID control algorithm.
