Abstract: As an effective way for controlling emission of nitrogen oxide, EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) has been widely used in automobiles. EVP (EGR valve position sensor) is a key component in EGR and functions as obtaining the accurate EGR valve opening position for governing the recirculation volume of exhaust gas. Its overall quality and working accuracy affect the performance of EGR directly and must be detected stringently before delivered from the factory. To solve the problems of labor intensity, low detecting efficiency, big deviation results with traditional EVP manual detection equipment in an automotive electronics company, an automatic detection system for EVP is developed based on PLC and industrial microcomputer. The working principle and structure of the system and design of EVP detection fixture are present, and hardware and software of its control system are developed in the paper. Three function modules, that are manual operation, automatic operation and data statistical analysis, are described in more detail. The practical application shows that the automatic detection system for EVP can achieve detection process flexibility, increase detection efficiency and accuracy greatly and solve the problems with traditional method effectively.

Abstract: With the rapid development of industrialization, the intelligent control has increasingly replaced the traditional process control in PLC in recent years, in which some intelligent control strategy has been applied to industrial control cases, such as genetic algorithm, fuzzy control, expert control and neural network and so on. However, it is not sufficient to achieve the desired control effect if only an intelligent control method is applied in the intelligent control. Therefore, integrated intelligent control of various control strategies is bound to be a focus in the embedded intelligent control. At the same time, with growing power of the PLC processing, it is possible for complex algorithms to be used in the embedded application, which has great significance in the development of industrialization as well as intelligent control.

Abstract: Hainan Island has a good reputation for "Coconut Island". The production of coconut is more than 80 percent in China. However, the development of coconut industry in Hainan lags behind when compared to other industries, because the comprehensive use ratio of coconut is still less. One reason of barring the coconut industry development owes to lacking of a good method to smash the coconut shell. Contraposing the current single method of smashed coconut shell, the low productivity and other problems, I design an achievable and automated coconut shell crusher based on the PLC control program to resolve the problem of artificial broken coconut shell, to save labor forces, to shorten labor time, to improve the production efficiency, to improve the utilization rate of coconut, to expand the economic benefits, and to promote the development of coconut industry.

Abstract: According to the time-varying and nonlinear characteristics of fluid, this paper puts forward a design scheme of real-time and accurate control of the liquid flow. The control system which taking the programmable logic controller (PLC) as the platform and using the PID control algorithm is composed with the touch screen, electromagnetic flow meter, temperature sensor, electric regulating valve system and so on. And the PID algorithm based on PLC design has carried on the analysis, simulation and optimization. The results show that PID algorithm is designed using this method with a strong and more precise control of the scheme. It is not only suitable for the flow control, changes in action after the equipment is also applicable to analog volume control temperature, liquid level, velocity, height etc.

Abstract: In this paper, a simplified CNC system based on PLC and position controller is introduced. The position controller FX2N-20GM, is a pulse chain output unit, which can control motors to accomplish linear interpolation and circular interpolation. PLC,with the mode of FX2N-16MR, the logic control unit of system, reads position data from the position controller and determines the operation of the system. Labwindows/CVI,the configuration software on PC, is the upper monitoring system, showing the motors position in real time by monitoring PLC. The system, combined PLC , position controller and configuration software, can draw any kinds of two dimensional graphics and show the trajectory of motors on PC in real time, the linear interpolation and circular interpolation had been perfectly implemented by a series of experiments. Compared with classic CNC system, it did not contain tedious hardware wring or complex software programming, which makes the whole structure a simplified CNC system.

Abstract: Because of uneven mold heating of bra cup blanks in the traditional hot molding machines which is based on the programmable control system, the software and hardware of the control system are developed, the temperature acquisition module is optimized, the control system of host computer and slave computer is also researched, the molding processes are improved to overcome either inadequate or excessive the heating time, the effect of blank molding is promoted greatly.

Abstract: This paper describes the construction of remote online access to PLC Laboratory based on Internet .The Laboratory apply industrial communication modules, relay on the powerful ommunications capabilities of Siemens PLC , transfer data by the Internet. The PLC of the Laboratory can be accessed by remote PC. The remote PC possible upload and download PLC program, online diagnosis, online monitoring, etc; and directly observed action of PLC by video, determine equipment movement is whether correct or error. The paper introduces the network topology, various functions and data security communication method of the system.

Abstract: With the development of industrial automation, people are increasingly demanding high product quality. Especially in automotive and aerospace fields, the fatigue quality of components determines the merits of the whole vehicle. Therefore fatigue performance testing has good prospects. Pressure pulse testing rig is a automatic control system. The system uses the solution which combines the virtual instrument technology with PLC controller technology. It has the ability to get the function of signal acquisition, signal analyzing, data processing and automatic control together. It enables the system to run automatically in accordance with setting commands and avoids the problem that the CNC system lacks of real-time capability and the disadvantage that the whole PLC driver control system can not meet the requirement of data acquisition and data processing. At the same time, it has both the advantages in the open CNC system and advantages in the controller system and can realize the highly efficient control.

Abstract: Deep whole boring machine is a kind of special machine for processing cylindrical parts. In this paper, considering the factory actual situation, an electrical control systems of deep hole boring machine that combine the relays, contactors and PLC control together is designed based on Omron PLC. In addition, using the touch screen monitor, reliability and flexibility of the electric system is improved.

Abstract: High voltage tower climbing robot is mainly used to climb all kinds of tower structure, control system mainly has two aspects, one is the chip microcomputer detecting control system using PIC16F877A as the controller; the other is the total control system used to coordinate various parts of sub function module using the PLC controller as the core. This module control method can improve the efficiency of the whole control system. In addition, the PID algorithm of SIEMENS S7-200PLC is used in catching control, which makes control system more stable and efficient.
