Abstract: G3-PLC, an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) power line communication solution, has recently gained a lot of attention. It supports the application of four types of baseband mapping modes in different environments. These modes typically require a hard-decision demodulation, which will lead to nearly 3dB preference loss. In this paper, we propose an improvement scheme for the baseband mapping modes by changing the constellation encoding method. The optimal soft decision algorithm which makes use of log likelihood ratio (LLR) of the probabilities is used in the demodulators. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can outperformer previous algorithm.

Abstract: Through the analysis of molding process of large-scale plastic hollow containers, this paper carries on the simulation and optimization of hydraulic system, which focuses on the high energy consumption problem of large-scale blow molding machine. According to the characteristics of long work period and great fluctuation of flow demand, the paper designs the oil supplying system that can match the actuators’ hydraulic energy demand, introduces the working process of each component in the system, and analyzes the key technology of hydraulic system as well. The design and research avoids the shortcomings such as more components, complex debugging, discontinuous control and unstable operation, substantially reduces the installed capacity of variable pump and driving motor, and in the meantime, solves the impact problem of actuators effectively, which can make hydraulic system high efficiency, energy saving and run steadily.

Abstract: The working principle of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is introduced. Three kinds of PLC programming method, logic based method, function based method and Petri Net based method are emphasized. The example is also given. It also points out that function based PLC programming method is a practical engineering method.

Abstract: With the continuous development of milling machine, the normal milling machine was not suitable with modern processing. In order to adapt to the requirements of modern production process and quality, the electrical control system of milling machine need be improved. The electrical control system and circuit of X62W milling machine is analyzed and designed. The PLC program is compiled. All of it is proved to be reasonably and feasibly based on the experimental results.

Abstract: With the research and development of a university in hydraulic dynamometer test, we designed a lower machine based on PLC, and giving the power distribution cabinet, electrical and mechanical control system combined with King View software, SIEMENS WINCC software. This study has hand and automatic operation, sensor measuring tank pressure, the measured current measurement power motor, the measurement results sent to our remote devices by Profibus-dp, such as the design of computer use (PC) and remote operation apparatus (Chu Moping). Due to frequency converter is circular soft starting control structure, the motor has no impact at the time of the launch, and stable performance is good, this can improve the service life of the motor and pump greatly.

Abstract: Manipulator has been widely used in industrial production because it can reduce labor intensity, improve the machining accuracy and reduce the number of dangerous operations manual operation. There are many kinds of control modes for manipulator trajectory. The PLC due to characteristics of low cost, simple structure, repeatable use, flexible programming ,it widely used in the control of the manipulator. This paper focus on the the software design and implementation. Through the simulation of the control system of manipulator, the PLC program design, debugging and running can achieve the expected control purpose and requirements, make the motion trajectory of manipulator in accordance with the relevant provisions. Based on the PLC programming, the manipulator can run in accordance with the requirements of running track.BackgroundWith the progress of science and technology, industrial production automation equipment demand is increasing day by day. Due to the reduction of labor intensity, improve the machining accuracy and less manual intervention operation risk, the manipulator has been more widely used in all walks of life.

Abstract: In this paper, intelligent fire-fighting robot as the research object, based on Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC, the establishment of intelligent fire-fighting robot control model and control system optimization, so that the fire-fighting robot among the various modules can be smooth and stable work together. Using L298 chip control two motors, the speed achieved by controlling the robot flexible steering, and using PLC produce different wave PWM stepless duty to ensure the smooth operation of the robot. Meanwhile, the detection of motor speed using encoder feedback to PLC will constitute a closed-loop control to achieve precise control and adjustment of robots routes. Intelligent fire-fighting robot each module to work together more quickly and safely find and reach the fire source and fight it.
