Abstract: The trawler winch is a main winching tool in the fishing operation of trawler. The disturbing influence of various factors such as sea wind and waves, change in the size of the catch and the turning of the fishing vessel during the operation of the trawler will cause unbalanced force on the wire rope of the two winches, which will easily cause the deformation and damage of the fishing net facilities and directly affect the improvement of the fishing yield and increase the harvest. In order to compensate for the change of the tension of the winch tractor during the operation of the trawler, the change of the load tension caused by the wave, or the rotation direction of the fishing vessel, and to ensure the good shape of the net opening, an electro-hydraulic control technology was used to design an automatic trawler tension controller. The tension control method of the trawler is investigated. The tension sensor is used as the input information of the electrical signal of the trawler's left and right trawler, which is measured indirectly and transmitted to the controller for logical operation, and the output torque of the hydraulic motor is changed by controlling the pilot overflow, which drives the trawler winch to adjust the tension of the left and right trawler to achieve the dynamic balance of the control system. In order to solve the problem of the tension of the trawl and the influence of the length change on the trawl, we designed an intelligent control system combining PLC control system and hydraulic system and used AMEsim hydraulic simulation software system to model and simulate it, the results show that without PLC control the torque of hydraulic motor 1 is 2387.7NM, the torque of hydraulic motor 9 is 2148.64NM the difference is 239.06 NM uneven force on both sides of the trailing platform, after adding PLC adjustment torque is obviously controlled torque to maintain about 2300NM, within a certain range to play a reliable adjustment effect.

Abstract: The paper designs remote wireless control system of copper refinery shorting switch in the copper smelting industry, which is composed of in-situ monitor nodes and centralized-control master nodes and can realize remote control and real-time monitoring of shorting switch. Monitor nodes adopt PLC module, temperature monitoring module, LCD module and other in-situ devices. All modules collect switching values and temperatures, and transmit collected signals to master nodes through wireless network, and master modes transfer information to computer equipment in the monitoring end. Centralized-control master nodes send alarm for temperatures exceeding the safety range, control switch operation, and produce switch operation report. The test results indicate that the system is reliable, stable and of significant application value in the metallic refinery industry.

Abstract: PLC as a kind of widely used industrial control equipment, is now increasingly used in traffic lights system, which can realize the automatic control of a traffic signal system, shortening the time of waiting vehicles, realize scientific management. In the design of this article, but also introducing EDA simulation crossroads traffic lights ablaze and vehicle traffic, very vividly shows the practical application of PLC in the traffic light system. This article is built on a typical intersection traffic research investigation, and PLC controller to realize intelligent control of road traffic signal lamp.

Abstract: The flow signal is one of the main parameters of hydraulic system monitoring. Since the majority of fault features can be shown by dynamic traffic signal, The study of dynamic traffic signal has very important significance on the evaluation of the performance of hydraulic element and characteristics of the hydraulic system. In this paper, the flow meter dynamic signal was simulated by the self-designed test-bed called multi-functional gear flow meter speed detection test-bed. The experiment indicates that the using PLC control of inverter and motor can realize high frequency dynamic oscillating of gear, oscillation frequency can reach 2Hz above. If the accuracy is met with, flow meter dynamic characteristic can reach 10Hz through the test-bed simulation, which provides the basis of theory and experiment for the real-time dynamic flow characteristics test.

Abstract: This document explains a system of open pit slope deformation monitoring. After calculating data by software of GPS Solution and the system which bases on the signal of GPS receiver obtain information of every GPS receiver. So it can get GIS information of whole coal mine. If there is any abnormal data, it will report to the police timely, and directly control the running of coal miningmachines through PLC. Compared with the technology before, the system has higher automation integration, higher positioning accuracy, gets more responsive and provides more reliable data. It’s the best choice for long-term spatial structure monitoring and condition assessment.

Abstract: The tobacco blending is a special process in the tobacco product line. It plays a very important role in this area because it will affect the quality of the tobacco. The instant blending accuracy of the technological requirement is higher than 85%. This paper introduces an automatic alarm of tobacco blending accuracy based on PLC control system. The automatic alarming system is available and we can greatly improve the producing and automatic level. This is worth extending in the tobacco industry.

Abstract: In view of the current low lifting speed of the hydraulic lifting column, simple control function and other unfavorable factors, a effective theory is proposed. Such theory combining with exciting lifting technology employs the advanced PLC core chip with reliable characteristics to establish a control system. The control manners include wire mode and wireless mode. After experiment verification, the proposed control system can realize lifting function of the hydraulic column with various control mode. The proposed control system can be applied to traffic routes for safety. The purpose is to improve the traffic intelligentialize, avoid traffic accidents, and guarantee the route smooth.

Abstract: This article designs one constant pressure water supply system based on PLC. In this system, PLC and frequency converter is the main control system. Moreover, the water-supply system with a variable frequency and constant pressure is based on PCL and combines with water supply pump, pressure gage and other equipment. Water supply system realizes the water supply of constant pressure and variable flow.

Abstract: In this paper, we use the embedded theory and wavelet algorithm to improve image coding, and get a new optimization algorithm of track and field image, and establish the wavelet reconstruction mathematical model of image optimization. In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of the wavelet reconstruction algorithm, this paper uses computer embedded PLC control system and 317-2 PN/DP special CPU to establish the optimization system of track and field path, and debug a program by using Step7 software, which realizes the calculation function of embedded system. Finally, this paper does wavelet reconstruction on real time image, we obtain the reconstruction wavelet optimal path, and output it in the form of digital image, and use the drawing function to realize re-draw function of image, finally we get the route optimization figure of track and field teaching. It provides a new method for computer teaching process.

Abstract: To the condom automatic feeding module in condom detection line, we designed a control system based on PLC, gave the reasonable control scheme, selected a specific PLC model andcompiled the PLC ladder program. Then we did the control experiments on transfer module of the feeding system. Experimental results show that the structure and the control scheme are feasible to achieve the intended function.
