Abstract: To solve problem of bearing fault for parcel sorting machine (PSM) induction station system (ISS), a method based on the Rigid-Flexible Coupling and Virtual Prototyping is proposed. Firstly, the ISS structure is analyzed, and then built the model for the induction station and bearing Respectively. Finally, several typical faults for induction station bearing are simulated and compared with the theoretical values. Simulation results show that the method can improve diagnosis accuracy and decrease recognition uncertainty.

Abstract: Model driven architecture (MDA) is an architecture specification of software development proposed by OMG in July 2001. MDA holds that the best way of software development is to enhance the level of abstraction of the system, isolate the design and implementation of the system, and separate the business conduct, so as to overcome the difficulties caused by the complexity of software. This paper presents the basic concept and core technology, and gives the software development process based on MDA.

Abstract: Phase-based Stereo Matching (PSM) is an efficient matching method in binocular stereo vision. It bases on correspondence points which have the same phase-distribution. Sine raster generating algorithm is a basic and important step in PSM study. This paper advances that using defocusing rectify-binary patterns (DRBP) method substituted the focusing-sinusoidal-patterns (FSP) method. It has following advantages: (1) No gamma correction is required; (2) The object illuminance measurement is not desired; (3) The influence of noise is minified. There are same phases distribution in correspond points of the pair matching lines by experiment analysis. The feasibility of using DRBP to generate sine raster in PSM is demonstrated.
