Abstract: In this paper, the adaptive impedance control proposed by Seul is studied in detail aiming at the disadvantages of traditional impedance control algorithm. In simulation experiment, above two methods are used to control the planar robot. The performance of merits of two algorithms is analyzed detailedly. From the final result of simulation, the adaptive impedance control algorithm has the performance of robustness, that is: it can perform well as though the mathematical model of robot is not accurate and it can work well in the bad working circumstance.

Abstract: For mill gearbox fault detection problems, and puts forward combining support vector machine (SVM) and genetic algorithm, is applied to rolling mill gear box fault intelligent diagnosis methods. The choice of parameters of support vector machine (SVM) is a very important for the SVM performance evaluation factors. For the selection of structural parameters of support vector machine (SVM) with no theoretical support, select and difficult cases, in order to reduce the SVM in this respect, puts forward the genetic algorithm to optimize parameters, and the algorithm of the model is applied to rolling mill gear box in intelligent diagnosis, using the global searching property of genetic algorithm and support vector machine (SVM) of the optimal parameter values. Results showed that the suitable avoided into local solution optimization, the method to improve the diagnostic accuracy and is a very effective method of parameter optimization, and intelligent diagnosis for rolling mill gear box provides an effective method.

Abstract: The algorithm in this paper is based on the basic principle of SVM. The sale data classification SVM classifier is designed using this algorithm. Also three classifiers including traditional grid search algorithm, ZGenetic Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization are used to do the comparison experiments of classification. Result shows that the improved grid-search algorithm can reduce the SVM classifier’s computational complexity effectively and improve its performance and classification accuracy.

Abstract: The powder preparation, material properties, the cutting characteristics and parameter selection for a nickel base superalloy FGH97 are summarized in this paper. It introduces the influence of various elements on the properties of the alloy, the ideal tool materials is coated cemented carbide tool and PCBN ceramic cutting tool. Generally we can choose the rake angle of 0°~10°, clearance angle of 6°~12°, cutting edge angle of 30°~60°, distortion angle of 0.5°~3°, tool cutting edge inclination angle of-10°~-20°. The optimal parameters for machining superalloy is axial cutting depth (range from 0.15~0.20mm), radial cutting depth (range from 10~20mm), the cutting speed (range from 40~60m/min), feed per tooth (range from 0.08~0.10mm/z).

Abstract: In mobile satellite communication based on OFDM technology, the system performance can’t be optimal if the cyclic prefix (CP) length and subcarrier interval of LTE specification are transplanted into mobile satellite communication directly. In this paper, we analyze the impact of inter symbol interference (ISI) and inter carrier interference (ICI) which are caused by multipath delay spread and Doppler frequency shift separately on system capacity, and derive the optimal CP length and subcarrier interval for GEO, MEO and LEO mobile satellite communication by numeric calculation. Finally, the simulation results show that the OFDM parameters of LTE specification can be used in GEO mobile satellite communications, but cannot in MEO and LEO.

Abstract: The working capability and cost of four-switch three-phase (FSTP) shunt active power filter (APF) are determined by the parameter selection. Based on mathematical model of FSTP inverter, the effect of key parameters, such as dc-bus voltage level and capacitor voltage transform is analyzed. On account of ac output filter inductance, voltage and capacitance on dc side, output filter in the design of four-switch three-phase APF, this paper expounds the optimal selection approach of parameters, sets up simulation model in PSIM, correctness of the method is verified by simulation on the basis of analysis about law of effect.

Abstract: In the near-field acoustic holography, the parameter have an important effect on the reconstruction precision. As to the distance between the holographic plane and the source plane, there are the spatial resolution and the attenuation rule of evanescent wave which need to be considered. As soon as meeting the two demands the reconstruction result represent the sound pressure distribution of source plane. The simulation proves that the method can reduce the error of holographic reconstruction and improve the reconstruction precision.

Abstract: The core component is temperature-sensing resistor in the temperature control circuit. If the resistor is still used in the circuit after its wearing off, temperature control point deviation will be caused and working requirements are not being met. Temperature-sensing resistor requires to be replaced frequently while the components with the same performance are not readily available. In this paper, computer simulation technology and bi-directional parameter scanning are introduced to analyze the influences on circuit which are caused by compatible circuit component parameters. Thus, a circuit parameter selection plan, designed to correspond to specific temperature sensitive resistor, is formulated to adjust temperature-sensing resistors with different specifications to achieve the same control effect.

Abstract: After substituting with ordinary Portland cement for geological defaults in resistance rock-masses of the dam abutments in Xiaowan hydroelectric station, it was necessary to make unsubstituted sections be reinforced by means of high pressure consolidation grouting. So it was before grouting and reinforcing that several productive experiments on high pressure consolidation grouting were carried out in the representatively and typically geological sections chosen in situ. Results indicated that desired effects for geological defaults in the dam abutments could be gotten after grouting when the distances to orifice and grouting pressures were 2m, 3m, 5~7m and 3.0MPa, 5.0MPa, 5.0MPa on the first section, the second one and the following ones of the orifice, respectively. And the grouting manners which were orifice enclosed and grout cycled in holes were adopted. Eventually, all of the grouting parameters could be used in much larger districts in projects to consolidate better.
