Abstract: Aiming at the problem of only source material in paste filling and garbage-surrounded city, a system engineering including them was proposed. The construction waste crushing process of filling was optimized based on the gangue process. Compared with gangue, the physical property of three kinds of construction waste ranged widely. Also the paste of all could reach the goal of filling, which the collapsed slump ranged from 18cm to 23cm and the highest compressive strength of 8h and 28d reached 0.17MPa and 3.82MPa. However, the properties of concrete structures of construction waste were better than that of brick-mixed structures.

Abstract: According to the mechanical properties of paste filling body under special environment such as high temperature high humidity high stress and high airtight) in gob, mechanical properties of gangue-paste filling body was studied with the method of field core and laboratory test. The complete stress-strain curve of filling body under the condition of uniaxial and triaxial and the ultimate compressive strength under different confining pressure station were obtained through uniaxial and triaxial compression test. Six stages of uniaxial compression complete stress-strain curve (compression stage, elastic deformation stage, non-stable developing stages, plastic hardening stage, stress softening stage and residual deformation stage) were improved and developed. The deformation characteristics of filling body under triaxial compression were different from that under uniaxial compression. Namely the deformation of filling body under triaxial compression only appeared two deformation stages: linear deformation stage and plastic hardening stage, but had no softening stage basically under different confining pressures, which was benefit for controlling the ground subsidence and preventing the ground buildings.

Abstract: In order to extend the life of enterprise, solve conflicts about mine connection and promote the sustainable development of coal enterprise,paste filling is adapt to the mine under buildings in Jiaozuo coal group zhucun and the observation station of ground movement is laid out. Through the analysis of observational data, the regular of the movement and deformation of the surface is found under the geological and mining conditions, which provides the technical basis for coal mining under other similar conditions. It has the important theoretical value and practical significance.

Abstract: Some hot environmental issues existed at present such as building waste dump, mine subsidence and unexploited coal under buildings, railways, and water were analyzed, discussing the research status of building waste, as recycled aggregate, and technology of paste filling into mine goaf, then, the feasibility of filling the building waste into goaf was proposed. Finally, the paste filling orientation, strength, pumpability, stability, filling process design of recycled aggregate and benefit evaluation were analyzed.

Abstract: In order to excavate coal resourses which is under buildings, water bodies, railways and above confined water, a complete technology of new pumping paste comprehensive mechanization mining technique which is safety, high efficiency, high mining rate and environmental protection has been formed, the study on filling material is very important. In this thesis, the uniform experiment is used comprehensively on the proportioning test of mine solid waste such as coal gangue, fly ash etc. The results showed: (1) the collapsed slump of paste will increase obviously with the increase of the content of fly ash; (2) the paste stratified degree will decrease regularly with the increase of the content of fly ash; (3) the paste bleeding rate will reduce obviously with the increase of the content of fly ash; (4) the paste strength will increase gradually with the the increase of cementing material; (5) early strength agent can improve the early strength of filling test blocks to some extent, but the later strength growth is not obvious.

Abstract: One new kind of cementitious material, which is suited to paste filling in coal mine, was introduced. The paste filling slurry, which is mixed with extremely small amount(about 50 kg/m3) of the material, can be solidified quickly and reach the strength requirement of none -village-relocation coal extraction engineering. The solidified body is provided with typical plasticity, high elastic modulus and strain hardening even under the condition of very small surrounding stress.

Abstract: On the basis of the field measurement, the characteristics of advance strata behavior are analyzed in the past filling working face and the advance support method is optimized in the roadway. The practical measure researches show that, because the paste filling supports the overlying strata of the goaf availably, the strata behaviors of 2351 paste filling working face in Daizhuang coalmine are not obvious; And the protective pillar bears a little load, The strata behaviors in non-production side are smaller than that in production side. The overlying strata gravity mainly acts on the coal wall in front of the face and the paste filling in the goaf. The value and main influence range of advance stress in front of the face is quite small and the main influence range is less than 15m. According to the advance strata behavior characteristics of the paste filling working face, the advance support of the track roadway is changed from 3 rows to 2 rows. And the support length of each row reduces from 20m to 15m. The advance support after optimizing can reduce the labor intensity greatly and improve the working efficiency of backfill mining.
