Abstract: Based on the difference of urban space development researches and different categorization of space development features, this paper divides the researches into two aspects – mechanism study and model study. Since quantitative analysis has become the main research method nowadays, it is predictable that model research will enjoy more attention in the research of urban space development in China.

Abstract: Interchange is not merely a major way of the intersection of main highways but also one of the important structures of freeway.And trumpet interchange is an important pattern of interchange. The design speed of ramps,the linearity indices of ramps and the patterns of loop ramps are the main influencing factors for the land occupation of freeway trumpet interchange.In this article, their influence on the land occupation have been analyzed in the first.Since then, specific studies between the land occupation and the loop-ramp patterns of trumpet interchanges.Finally, some advices were given to the design of interchanges.

Abstract: Eight sample clothing were designed and made in order to study on bias structure line design. The characteristics of the bias structure lines in clothing pattern making were analyzed and compared with conventional lines. The bias structure lines affected clothing girth and length, and the diagonal angle had direct proportional relationship with dart size. The waist line direction is changed to slant in bias structure line. A bias structure lines design method was summarized, and the detailed steps and methods were described.

Abstract: The Atles Silk, popular in Xinjiang, China, is a traditional batiked silk rewoven after warp-knot dyeing process, with its pattern as one of distinctive national features. Through arrangement and analysis of its constitution and nature, the author holds that the Atles silk pattern provides abundant elements for designing in terms of modeling, decoration, etc so the research and application of the pattern is significant in modern costume design.

Abstract: Uyghur carpet is the traditional Uyghur handicraft, it is the fusion of spinning, dyeing, knitting and painting with both practical and artistic value. Its origination dates back to more than 2000 years ago and it has been evolving gradually ever since along with the economic development. In recent years, carpet samples with thousands of years history have been discovered in the ruins of ancient tomb in Niya, Shanpula, Yuli, Zhagunluke, Talimu and Peacock River. Scholarships are amazed at the carpets’ unique patterns, delicate quality and fine colors. These carpets are weaved with patterns of human figure, animal and god bird. These patterns are surrounded by designs of beautiful flower and scenery. Some patterns contain auspicious words. The weaving technique, pattern designs and color scheme not only reflect how ancient Uyghur people think about the world, their appreciation of beauty and value of life, but also demonstrate their nature to pursue, and create aesthetic value and their enjoyment of beauty.

Abstract: Aiming at the typical fabric style and pattern features of silk material for mounting traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting, this paper starts from brocades mainly used in mounting traditional Chinese calligraphy and painting, as well as analyzes the features, varieties and pattern types of brocade (material used for mounting). Through the research, the author discovers that two types of brocades are used more frequently in mounting, namely brocade of middle-sized pattern and brocade of small-sized pattern, while pattern types mainly include geometric motifs, plant motifs and fauna motifs, as well as treasures and characters.

Abstract: Through the analysis of modeling language and color application of the Miao nationality’s embroidery pattern of southeast of Guizhou Province, this paper aims to reveal its characteristics of collective pattern, heritage, chaotic thought of group creativity of folk art and primitive art; Besides, it reflects the simple world view and beauty-appreciation standpoint which is inherited by people of Miao nationality for generations. The characteristic and spirit of the Miao nationality’s embroidery pattern of southeast of Guizhou Province are frankness and straightforwardness. The abundant and highly unified modeling language of the Miao nationality’s embroidery pattern of southeast of Guizhou Province relates closely to modern painting and aesthetics theory modern times in form and content.

Abstract: In this paper, the nanomachining experiments on the SPR3001 photoresistor thin films were processing by contact mode atomic force microscopy (AFM). After the experiment, it can be found, in the nanomachining, the greater the indented distance along the Z-axis depth, carved out of the groove depth and groove width of nanoline is greater. The influences of cutting directions on line width and cutting depth during nanomachining were quite a few and the cutting situation was stable by lateral nanomachining. This article also successfully processed the regular hexagonal nanopattern, also proves the nanomachining ability of the AFM probe is good at nanoscale patterned on photoresistor thin films.

Abstract: Building is one physical form with actual use function, and it is an artwork formed by architects conducting processing and combination to the basic geometric forms in accordance with the law of aesthetics, the author has summarized the formation of the architectural pattern to be several formation modes according to the formation features of the architectural bodies, through the research on these several kinds of formation modes, we can excavate the law of the formation of the architectural pattern and grasp the technique for the architectural image design.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the features of traditional decorative elements in color, pattern and technology, and shows the decorative, nationality and cultural characteristics of them. The ways of architecture interior design are proposed. Put forward the feasibility to Mawei patterns used in interior design, and summarizes the applied regional interior space in a way and method, shows the significance and value of traditional decorative elements in the development and practical application.
