Abstract: In order to measure capture performance of the seeker in the typical terminal guidance scene under HPM damage effect, the paper proposes a new method to model the dynamic capture state in different ballistic position. The proposed missile-target geometry count can be used to process multiple data generated in multiple Monte Carlo simulations under the same scene, which facilitates capture performance comparative analysis between different scenes. Simulations validate proposed counting measure, so that it can be applied for measuring the performance of missile capture.

Abstract: Inconsideration of the application defects of organic viscosity-reducing warm mixasphalt (represented by Sasobit), such as poor adhesion with aggregate,inadequate of low-temperature deformation, four methods for Sasobit modificationwere proposed and they were blending with polymer, grafting, hydroisomerizationand adjusting molecular weightdistribution width,then the feasibility of each method was analyzed. Moreover, given that performance evaluation of warm mix asphaltmixture still referenced for that of hot mix asphalt mixture, adhesion (water stability) evaluation method based on surface free energy and low temperature performanceevaluation method based on glass transition temperature were put forward to optimize the performance evaluation system of warm mix asphaltmixture.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the performance evaluation research of supply chain collaboration and following the level principle of modeling and the construction principles of it, the paper build the index system for manufacturing supply chain collaboration performance evaluation combined with the four necessary links involved of it, namely, logistics, the flow of funds, information flow and market stream. And the synthesized evaluation of it is discussed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And then, taking a typical electronic product manufacturing supply chain as an example for the empirical analysis, some beneficial conclusions and relevant guidance advices have been put forward. Hoping it can provide a theoretical basis and valuable references for carrying out the supply chain collaboration in our manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: Cold asphalt mixture can be handled at ambient air temperature and thus is regarded as energy saving, convenient for storage, transportation and construction, and can extend the construction season. However, it is commonly used in preventative maintenance of pavement as slurry seal and Micro-surfacing, not as structural layer due to its inferior performance to Hot Asphalt Mixture (HAM). Therefore, it will produce great economic and social benefit if a new cold mix and cold laid mixture can be developed for newly built road pavement application. Proportion design of AC-13 asphalt mixture using specially developed polymer modified emulsified is carried out and the performance of high temperature, moisture susceptibility, and low-temperature crack resistance are evaluated according to HAM technical specification. The results show that each performance of the AC-13 modified emulsified asphalt mixture can meet the specification requirements, and especially perform very well in rutting resistance performance.

Abstract: —The agricultural supply chain evaluation system is divided into three levels, six categories. It is mainly from the cost of business, operational status, production quality, customer service, environmental protection and financial value. The thesis focuses on green supply chain evaluation model of "Dish Network" integration. The establishment of the evaluation model, green supply chain evaluation of “Dish Network " gives two important issues: the selection of index and assignment methods. This article is more successful solution "Dish Network” green supply chain index and assignment problems. However, this study has some limitations. The research process, although at the time near building evaluation model to imitate the actual maximum possible steps, but based on agricultural supply chain has just started, the agricultural green supply chain development time is not long, practical demonstration of reliability is not strong. Abstract: Due to its outstanding performance and merits, Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC) has attracted a wide attention from scientists, researchers and engineers all over the world. At present, many research activities have been conducted in developing and evaluating SCC and its related technologies. However, existing performance evaluation methods of are mostly limited in the field of material, while structure performance evaluation methods of SCC are rarely reported. As we all known, the lifetime of the SCC structure is mainly subject to its material, structural and durability performances as a whole. Undoubtedly, it is crucial for us to study and develop a sound structural and durability performance evaluation method to complement the existing material performance evaluation methods. As such, the structural and durability performance evaluation method of SCC was studied in this paper.

Abstract: Due to logistics parks in China is still at an early stage of development, construction uneven results, this paper conducted a study to address the problem of date processing in performance evaluation of the logistics park. Based on the theory of performance evaluation, combined with the characteristics of the logistics park, given the performance evaluation index system of logistics parks, standardized collection methods of logistics parks performance data, and make operating performance comprehensive evaluation of the logistics park using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results can provide data to support the government and park managers to promote the logistics park developing healthy, rapidly and sustainably.

Abstract: In this paper we applied the DEA model to the performance evaluation of the agriculture and forestry biomass energy companies. By constructing the corresponding evaluation model and index system, we conducted an empirical analysis with the dates of 8 companies from 2009 to 2012. The results state that the technical efficiency of the companies is low when compared with other industries and though many companies are under the condition of input slacks, their production efficiency still grew incrementally. Finally, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of forestry biomass energy listed companies.

Abstract: According to the definition of integrated supply chain performance, improved method of grey relational evaluation and multi-level dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to comprehensively evaluate the overall performance of the integrated supply chain. Based on these, the Performance Evaluation System (PES) of the integrated supply chain is developed on MATLAB software platform. In the end, the validity and feasibility of the system is validated by an example, and the system can provide a convenient operation tool and scientific, objective decision basis for managers to evaluate the integrated supply chain performance.
