Abstract: The Web-Based Physical Education is an assistant physical education mode that in the use of computer technology, multimedia technology and Internet technology physical education, aid physical educators and student to learn sports knowledge, access to sports information, learn sports skills, watch sports game, study sports theory, test knowledge and ability, operate distance learning and so on online, and achieve the information exchange between people and computer or among people, with the hardware software facilities and campus Internet especially developed for the education.

Abstract: As one of the major scientific Technology, the network information technology has important influences on the development of society. The physical education is one diversified disciplines including knowledge transfer, skills development and physical exercise. The Network Information Technology is an essential and indispensable tool for Physical Education and training. In this paper, mainly research the overview of the development of network information technology and The significance of researching the Physical Education and Training System based on Network Information Technology, and then put forward that How to use new scientific and technological means to creatively improve the current level of sports education and training.

Abstract: In recent years, Chinese higher vocational education reform has made great achievements. However, physical education reform, as one part of the higher vocational education, lags far behind other curriculum reforms. Along with the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, the number of higher vocational colleges has become larger than that of undergraduate colleges. But, quite a few higher vocational colleges are upgraded from secondary vocational schools. Although they still belong to the institutions of the higher learning, the educational ideas and positioning of them are totally different from those of undergraduate colleges. So the teaching reform of physical education must change based on the new situation of higher vocational physical education teaching environments. Through the analysis about the present situation of higher vocational colleges, the author puts forward the idea and thoughts of education reform as below.

Abstract: Nowadays, computer internet information resources are playing a crucial part in our society. Besides production, life, corporation administration, it could also be applied to university education. The reformation of university physical education is dependent on the computer internet information resources for update. Based on the current situation of physical education approaches ,the concept and characteristics of computer internet information resources, this paper aims to focused on the analysis of the role of computer internet information resources in university physical education.

Abstract: In today’s competitive educational environment, the quality of physical education is ever more recognized as a fundamental factor in gaining competitive advantage. The evaluation and improvement of the quality of physical education in higher education is an important issue of on-going concern. The aim of this article is to focus on an automated management and evaluation system to efficiently control the administration of physical education. Reported in this article is an evaluation index of the quality of undergraduate education, and an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model that is both practical and has proven to be successful. The results of the presented case study demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of this model in physical education quality evaluation.

Abstract: The application of multimedia has played very positive part in various subject educations, which provides some inspire for physical education. The teaching goal of physical education is to teach sports knowledge and improve sports ability. The application of multimedia technology in physical education surely will make organic unity of three aspects. There are theoretical knowledge learning, sports ability training and fitness. The author relies on related teaching experience and trial to make research about the possibility of multimedia information technology application in physical education. The research offers some reference for the application of multimedia technology in physical education.

Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology, more and more fields have used the technology to promote the development of the industry, which included educational field. At the present stage, many colleges all introduce information technology into the education. In recent years, there are much application of information technology in physical education. The technology in teaching makes the class content more abundant. In the meanwhile, it relieves teachers’ workload to a large extent, and improves students’ studying enthusiasm. Abstract: Based on pedagogy, cognitive psychology, constructivist learning theory, supported by computer, the movement cognition learning strategy is put forward in experiment, which will achieve a Teacher-Student-Multimedia-multi-factor mutual teaching. This paper design the experiment, unvestigation question and achievement test to verify it. It proves that computer supported collaborative learning method increases the students interest in learning and skills in sports. The effectiveness of the method and teaching strategies are related to the use of Synchronous teaching and cooperative learning in P.E.
