Abstract: Under the influence of external dynamic lighting or outdoors strong light, image color have a great influence on rapid and accurate positioning of the robot, which requires the robot vision system to obtain the high quality of color image. This paper uses the image pixel conversion ratio algorithm to improve the image recognition algorithm of robot vision system, and the use of multi threshold segmentation technology carries out restructure for image, it can get the high resolution image enhancement effect. In order to realize the algorithm, the form of using VB programming carries out algorithm implementation, and then the image enhancement can calculate the enhanced results table of image color curve distribution and different segmentation threshold image resolution. From the simulation results, this algorithm can enhance the image color effect, which provides technical support for the development and design of robot vision system.

Abstract: Using the method which is similar to the eye region selection to compute the length of long axis and the short axis of human eyes, reduce the errors caused by the space between the straight lines in Hough Transform. Using Generalized Hof Transform method to extract eyes perimeter, eliminate the interference of the lights, which is more accurate than using 33 template method. With using the region growing method, set an accumulator to calculate the pixels difference value of the seed points and its 33 neighbourhood (the absolute value of the cumulative numbers of the point is less than the threshold) is the human eye area. With those methods, we can extract the characteristics of human eyes.

Abstract: Extraction of form structure is the precondition of the form recognition. The paper presents a simple and fast method for extracting form structure. Through the analysis of form structure characteristics, the method includes extracting form line with mathematical morphology, thinning form line, mending form line, adjusting form line and so on. The method is realized in this paper and the results are given. The result shows that this method is effectively to extract form structure.

Abstract: The Micro-bridge structure pays an important role in the mechanical support, thermal isolation and electrical connection for the UFPA detector, the quality of which has a direct effect on the imaging performance of the UFPA detector. A kind of Micro-bridge pixel is provided in this paper with thick-film pixel size of 360μm×360μm and desk-type adiabatic frame support, and the analysis results by FEM show that the minor thermal conductivity G and high responsivity can be obtained.

Abstract: With high effective screen-printing process, the diode field emission display (FED) panel was fabricated. The soda-lime flat glass was used as panel anode plate, and the indium tin oxide film covered on the anode plate surface was etched, which was used to form the anode electrodes. With simple screen printing method, the phosphor paste was prepared on the exposed anode electrode surface, so the phosphor dots were fabricated. Using insulation slurry as material, the insulation layer was also fabricated on the anode plate. The fabricated FED panel with carbon nanotube field emitters possessed good field emission characteristics and image displaying performance.

Abstract: Weft knitted pattern design is one of the most important compositions of textile CAD. Traditional pattern design has a higher request on designers, which can not meet the demand on product development. This paper introduced an automatic approach of weft knitted pattern design, put forward a wave filter which is used to process images based on mathematical functions, described its theory and its algorithm in Visual C++ environment, the result is satisfactory. This method provided a new way for weft knitted pattern design.

Abstract: Because of better field emission characteristics, carbon nanotube was a suitable and excellent cathode material for use in the field emission display device. The screen-printing process was adopted in the course of device fabrication for decreasing the manufacturing cost of the pixel array type field emission display. The new simple-structure flat panel display device with carbon nanotube emitters was reported. The design and fabrication process of pixel array cathode structure were also presented. The silver slurry was screen-printed to form the conducting layer, and the insulation slurry was used to form the high quality insulation layer and covering layer, respectively. The whole display device was vacuum-packaged and developed. The fabricated pixel array type field emission display exhibited better field emission performance and adequate brightness.

Abstract: Measurement of fiber orientation distribution state is very important constituent to find out
decision of processing condition of product or mechanical special quality of moldings in fiber
reinforced polymer composite material. Therefore, reliable measurement method of fiber orientation
angle distribution is established, and need researcher about simplicity measuring method urgently the
nondestructiveness. In this research, to investigate about accuracy of fiber orientation angle
distribution measurement of fiber reinforced composite material by intensity method, find fiber
orientation function value that is measure of fiber orientation distribution state constructing fiber
orientation simulation picture by plotter changing diameter and length and orientation state of fiber.
Recognize this fiber orientation simulation picture by image scanner, and measure fiber orientation
angle distribution state by this realized intensity information. This time, I wish to measure reliable
fiber orientation angle distribution comparing fiber orientation function calculation value saving in
the advance with fiber orientation function value that is measured by intensity method. The results
show that measurement accuracy of the fiber orientation angle distribution by intensity method is
affected by the fiber aspect ratio when the total length of oriented fiber is same. The average gradient
of fiber orientation function is 0.94 for 1000mm of the total fiber length and is 0.93 for 2000mm when
the fiber aspect ratio is over 50. Measurement accuracy by intensity method is about 94% and the
reliable data can be obtained by intensity method.

Abstract: This study examined the application of color measurement to determining the chemical
composition of Cu alloys such as Cu-Zn, Cu-Sn, and Cu-Al using a color recognition system.
Measured data showed that the hue intensity changed exponentially when Zn, Sn, or Al in the Cu
binary systems and fitted well with an exponential equation within the experimental error. This
indicates that the obtained equations can be used for predicting the compositions of Cu-Zn, Cu-Sn,
and Cu-Al systems by measuring the hue intensity.
