Abstract: The fixture accuracy is controlled on the three datum planes with fixture or compound body used as design object, with structure of parts and the machine accuracy used as the target required, with cutting tool and the machine datum plane mounted fixture used as viewed body. The assistance datum plane is towards the machine locating planes mounted fixture, and it is parallel to the cutting speed of tools; the assistance datum plane (or line) is perpendicular to the assistance datum plane, and it is passing through center line of tool (or fixture);the assistance datum plane is through the single point of fixture , perpendicular to both two.

Abstract: This paper expounds the necessity of urbanization development, from cultural, traffic location, water resources three aspects summarized the Hubei province regional characteristics, combined with the existing problems in the development of Hubei urbanization, discusses the urban planning system, including the layout optimization, strengthen the function, ecological construction, enhance the connotation of the city, put forward ideas about future development mode.

Abstract: The urban renewal is not a simple reconstruction by demolition for the urban material substances, but its a kind of the artificial behavior to promote solution of various problems which can affect and hinder the urban development and obtain sustainable development. The renewal project planning of the industrial cities is a continuous, dynamic, long-term development process, in this process, emphasizing the application of the optimization of the forward-looking, dynamic and comprehensive renewal planning system has an important guiding significance on the sustainable development of the cities.

Abstract: This paper researches on the territorial system of urban and rural integration to provide reference resources for solving urban-rural dual economy and society structure and land-use management. Methods of documentary data and theory are applied. The result of study indicates that: (1) build up five-level territorial planning at national, province, district, county and regional level to strategically arrange land-use; (2) build up line planning of various types of land to manage scientifically and efficiently; (3) compile land reclamation planning at town-level, village planning to enrich land use detailed planning and promote operation of available; (4) form long-term territorial planning, five-year line planning and annual land use program. The conclusion of this paper shows that: (1) modify urban-rural planning law to unify the planning law provisions; (2) establish planning management committee to unify management of urban-rural territorial; (3) work out unified basic map and standard land classification to unify technical standard system; (4) improve the degree of public participation at different planning stage; (5) implement planning qualification management and industry access system and strengthen planning implementation and modification supervision management.
