Abstract: At present, pruning of fruit trees on hills is mainly completed by climbing on trees or ladder, which could cause injury due to poor landform. In order to avoid such kind of risks, it is important to develop a lifting platform for orchards in hilly area. In this paper its structure and working mechanism were introduced. This lifting platform, as a machine, is comprised of power device, elevating mechanism, leveling mechanism, slewing mechanism, supporting mechanism and hydraulic control system, and is driven by a small four-wheel tractor. Its hydraulic system can control hydraulic cylinders to extend and retract so as to lift, lower, rotate or keep platform at horizontal position. By analyzing the machine’s kinematic model, the mode of hydrostatic triangle leveling was determined. In order to simplify the machine’s structure, a cantilever beam was used as a supporting mechanism. After carried out the performance test for the machine, the results show that the machine has the following features: stable working performance, the maximum load up to 150 kg, the lifting height 1.5 m, the rotating speed 1 r/min, the lifting velocity 0.1 m/s, and leveling error in lifting process no more than 2° (no matter on horizontal plane or on slopes). So the machine can be suitable for sloped terrain, and the design requirements are well satisfied.

Abstract: This article introduces an interactive multimedia application used for GMDSS training in the Romanian Maritime Training Centre - CERONAV by maritime/ river officers and cadets. The application actually covers the theoretical, introductory part as well as the assessment of theoretical knowledge as additional tool to the practical training in the simulator and demonstrates how an interactive platform supports the practical training to achieve the required competences for the radio operators’ job. The content of application could be very easily updated by instructors and trainees.

Abstract: A geometric and kinematic study between two structures of robots was performed, respectively a mechanical anthropomorphic structure, with bars and gears, with four degree of freedom, (dof), redundant (4R), which can avoid obstacles and a parallel manipulator with translation on three axes (3T). This 3T structural solution allows rapid and precise movements, which are important characteristics for machine building industry. All these features make the parallel manipulator to be an attractive alternative to the serial ones for high precision operations in a limited workspace.

Abstract: This paper takes reconfigurable technology and platform as well as component framework thought as the theoretical support, combines with Lua script and Dynamic-link library (DLL) technology and takes VC++ as development tool to construct a universal reconfigurable computer software platform based on wxWidgets framework library. The design of this platform itself is a main frame structure, and it can realize software interface, function, arithmetic and the reconfigurable structures from other aspects by the combination of different modules. This platform has the characteristics of practicability and foresight, and it also provides a new approach and method for user to customize business component quickly, so as to realize specific needs.

Abstract: The existing web frameworks focused on the encapsulation of bottom technical, could not commendably support large granularity and lack corresponding mechanism in terms of reusability and maneuverability.In the current study, a new web application framework NSSH was developed from by SSH frameworks.The new framework with characteristic of large granularity and high level reusability separated and encapsulated the presentation layer,business layer and data persistence layer,simplified the development of Web application,improved the usability, reliability and extendibility.Based on the design of NSSH,the application development platform was put forward which make the web application developer free from heavy low level code programming works and be able to pay more attention to the description of business logic and definition of user interface.The practice had proved that NSSH was applicable for developing large-scale web application by enhancing the efficiency of those complex systems.

Abstract: A power network disturbance identification system (PNDIS) was developed as a new function module of wide-area security defense system (WASDS), which has been commissioned in the dispatching center of a real power system. This paper describes the implementation of its software platform which consists of three parts: data sharing service, calculation engine and visualization module. The paper focuses on the design of the calculation engine, which is the key part of the platform, and the visualization module. Wavelet transform (WT) is used to identify the time and location of disturbance in the power system. Tests on measured data recorded by WAMS are presented in order to illustrate the benefits of the software platform and show its excellent performance.

Abstract: In order to achieve the reliability, high efficiency and economy for the development of vehicle CAN network, CANoe is used to develop and test for vehicle CAN network platform. Firstly, the vehicle network architecture is designed for the demand of platform. Then is the vehicle messages database is developed by using CANdb++, including specific messages and signals, and the key parameters of bus load rate, messages delay, etc. are analysed on basis of the simulation model. Fianally automated test is carried out for the network management process, messages comparison, messages delay and other monitoring jobs by using supplementary developing tools of CANoe in simulation and in the real-time vehicle tests. The results show that the developed CAN networks is of better performance in terms of real-time, robust, efficient, while the functions of automated testing system is practical and easy to use.

Abstract: The paper deals with a dynamic analysis of a passive suspension of a working machine horizontal platform and the two configurations of its suspension system. For the individual alternatives the mathematical models are formulated. The rigid horizontal platform is excited in two perpendicular horizontal directions by kinematic excitation, which was acquired by an experimental measurement of the displacements of the working machine cabin. For the arbitration of which configuration is better two criterions were considered. The first criterion was the effective displacement in two perpendicular directions of the suspended horizontal plate and its rotation around the vertical axis. The second criterion was the effective acceleration of the horizontal plate in two perpendicular directions and the angular acceleration around the vertical axis. The numerical simulations shown that the first alternative (marked as A) gives better results in the reduction of vibration.

Abstract: As a new service mode, cloud computing has been widely applied in many fields both at home and abroad. The author introduces the basic principles of cloud computing, and analyses the characteristics of the teaching resources platform based on cloud computing. Finally, a design scheme of teaching resources platform based on cloud computing is proposed in the article, which can solve the problems such as .platform distribution scattered and repeated investment.
