Abstract: Amodel between measuring error of component power flow in pipes and mountingdeviation is developed.The proposed model shows that the component power flow is more prone to influenced by positiondeviation, and 5% deviation might result in 10% measuring error. Moreover,contrary to the total power flow, the error of the component power flow is alsorelated to choice of grid origin and amplitude ratio of two component waves.

Abstract: In this paper, a robot handling system was developed with the functions of visual positioning and position adjustment by using the MOTOMAN-SV3X robot. System components, workflow, robot pose and the method of solving the problem of pick-up position deviation were detailed. An automated and flexible application program was provided for robot handling technology, and the problem that there was pick-up position deviation in the process of transporting workpiece can be effectively resolved, thereby handling precision and efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: Beamforming performance of autonomous, distributed sonar array degrades due to random position deviation. A new algorithm for beamforming based on Least Squares (LS) approximation of the desired beampattern is proposed in this paper. Elements of autonomous, distributed array are battery-powered and capable of computing with microprocessor. Centralized approach has shortcoming of failures due to excessive power consumption and lower fault-tolerant capability. Distributed computing approach of LS solution has profound significance with respect to longer life period and better robustness for autonomous sonar array systems.

Abstract: To improve the sphericity and processing uniformity of precision ball, Simulations and analysis of the mechanism Position Deviation of Rotated Dual-Plates Lapping on precise Sphere, it can be indicated that mechanism Position Deviation (down plate axial deviation and down plate radial deviation) have little disadvantageous influence on sphericity and processing uniformity.

Abstract: In order to research the forming mechanism lateral bending during side pressing for continuous casting slab, the simulation model was established using finite element method. It is mainly studying object for the effect of the different position of double dies on the lateral bending, to make nodes displacement fluctuation in corresponding position of slab head and tail as the degree of lateral bending of continuous casting slab along its width direction. It can obtain the rules of metal flow along the rolling direction, when dies position deviation respectively is 0 mm, 10mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm, under the other conditions remain unchanged, the bigger the dies position deviation, the bigger the corresponding pitch nodes displacement, and the bigger the lateral bending for slab. The results provide the theoretically support for the controlling position accuracy of the dies in live and enhancement the useful rate of the slab for production field.
