Abstract: Basic on dynamic analytic method and the trajectory sensitivity index to determine the optimal installation location , this paper propose a new D-STATCOM configuration method to synthesize the index of nodes voltage stability. The trajectory sensitivity index can reflect the general dynamic support effect under various faults, the best configuration scheme can be determined. The result reflect the new method have better play the role of dynamic reactive power compensation device. IEEE39 node system take as the example, the results show the effectiveness of the new method.

Abstract: The electric energy information collection system is used to collect and process the electricity data, and monitor the electricity consumption in real time. To make the system more extensible and maintainable, SOA (Service-oriented architecture) plays an important role in enterprise integration. Web Services is an implementation of SOA. This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the architecture of the electric energy information collection system called iES-E200PRO which is designed based on SOA. In iES-E200PRO, Web Services is used as a middleware component, which enable the system corresponds and integrates with other systems. Besides, we analyze and compare the main technology of information display. And on the basis of iES-E200PRO, we design an electric energy information display system which is based on Web Services and FusionChart. This display system has been integrated into iES-E200PRO and works well.

Abstract: According to characteristics of medium voltage distribution network, use raw data that are easily collected to study an accurate fast and simple line loss calculation method of the medium voltage distribution network, that is the radial basis function neural network algorithm. In order to improve the power system line loss rate accuracy, the paper puts forward using alternating gradient algorithm to improve the radial basis function (RBF) neural network. The simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible.

Abstract: This paper describes the generation of low frequency oscillations and suppression methods briefly. Observing a phenomenon of low frequency oscillation of Gansu Grid Power and analysis its actual situation. Therefore, we need establish simplified simulation model in MATLAB environment, then do the simulation with the dual power system simulation model which add to power system stabilizer. Simulation results show that: PSS can solve the problem of low frequency oscillations in a region of Gansu steel caused rapid and effective.

Abstract: A new hybrid technique based on ADALINE (Adaptive linear element neuron) associated with Prony algorithm is presented for harmonics and interharmonics estimation in power system. The Prony algorithm can detect the accurate frequencies of harmonics and interharmonics, and the ADALINE can get the amplitudes and phase angles. If the noise is present, the Prony algorithm can get less accurately frequencies to reduce convergence time of the ADALINE, and the ADALINE will obtain higher accurately frequencies, amplitudes and phase angles by adjusting the weights. The validity and feasibility of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by numerical simulations.

Abstract: Power system storm disaster risk assessment need to simulate the storm scene, the storm induced electric field is one of the key places. Spatial and temporal distribution model of electronic technology is proposed to establish an electric field and magnetic storms inductively for 7-9 November 2004 geomagnetic storm scenario simulated observational data, and integration with the power system, as an application of the GIC were considered the standard case model risk analysis system running under the impact of the storm. Numerical results show that the electronic materials model can effectively simulate the storm scene and can easily be combined with the power system parameters.

Abstract: On the basis of expounding the necessity of establishing power distributing system fault diagnosis visualization systems, the outage situation automatic notification and equipment failure query plan of distribution network is proposed based on database. Firstly, the information of electrical diagrams of distributing system should be input into database. Secondly, the information in the form of a tree structure will be displayed in WPF by programming. Meanwhile, we can add annotation to electrical diagrams by programming. When the distribution system malfunctions, dispatching operation control personnel enter the point of failure, the cause and outage time and the details of the regional head of a power outage will be shown. Then he responsible person will be informed by SMS. In this way, we can reduce blackout time and achieve the standardized management of distribution network. When needing the working condition of any device, just enter its name and the information will be shown.

Abstract: Electromagnetic transients simulation for the actual large-scale power systems usually needs long time. How to achieve the equivalent circuit of the external system and reduce the simulation system scale is one of hot topics in this field for a long time. In the paper, the main equivalent methods of external system are classified, the main content and process of each type method are described and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. On this basis, the development tendency and the key issues needing to be broken through for the external system equivalent method of power systems electromagnetic transients simulation are also presented in the paper.
