Abstract: With the bad loans ratio as evaluation index of China Development Bank Co Main Businesses’ credit risk, this paper will transform the bad loans ratio into comprehensive index with Logit model. Based on the above work, comprehensive index as the dependent variable and macro economic factors will be analyzed with multivariate linear regression.At last, macro pressure test will be carried out by presuming scenario, and the influence of macroeconomic factors fluctuation on the bad loans ratio of China Development Bank Co will be quantitatively analyzed.

Abstract: Polyvinylidene Fluoride (referred to as PVDF) piezoelectric film is a new type of polymer piezoelectric materials. Because of its light weight, thin thickness, high sensitivity, high mechanical strength, wide frequency response range and other advantages, it has the application prospect in the explosion field. In this article, film sensors were made based on the PVDF piezoelectric film, and its role in the sensors is the sensitive element. The result of the low dynamic pressure calibration tests showed that it has a very high linear degree and good reproducibility, so that it can be used for low-pressure section of the shock wave pressure measurement.

Abstract: Silicone rubber is a polymer with the chain molecule structure of Si-O bond [1]. At the environment of 1970 m elevation, the power frequency withstand voltage and condensation experiments will be tested by using two silicone rubber tubes with length of 300mm and 330mm, which lasts one minute, under 85kV. In the high potential test, the silicone rubber tube does not appear the flashover when the surface of tubes weren’t polluted. However, the test voltage increases to 70kV and the surface of the silicone rubber tube will appear flashover, when the tubes are plated in the condensation conditions. The high potential experiments indicate that the electrical insulation property of silicone rubber tube is seriously debated in the humidity environment.

Abstract: Based on the possible leak place on the tank of organic solvent, author had developed three equipments of stopping tank from leaking on the pipeline wall, breaking off between the pipelines or pipeline joint breaking off from tank wholly,which can be stopped tank from leaking as quickly, reliably, conveniently as possible. After simulation test of pressure, three equipments of stopping tank from leaking performed very well, and subjected to atmospheric pressure tank of organic solvent, as a result, these equipments can be used to deal with leaking for solvent tank at emergency case.

Abstract: An aqueduct of larger-span prestressed concrete arch structure for river diversion project is located in coastal areas, and raises difficult questions on deformation and stability control of the construction process due to greater wind load and poor soil. Due to the limited width of bracket erection, this paper put forward five possible construction schemes, and does the comparative analysis using three-dimensional finite element program, and gets the economic and reasonable one. Finally conduct a pressure test after the bracket erection, and verify the analysis results using measured stress and deformation data.

Abstract: The segmented mould is key equipment for vulcanizing meridian tires. It can open and close along radial direction and results in the minimum deformation on tire shape. This article introduced the structure of inclined plane radial parting mold and illustrated assembly methods to every part of the radial parting mold in detail and problems should be noticed. At last, this article presented the pressure test contents of semi-steel and all-steel mould and pointed certain adjustment methods to unreasonable gaps in segmented mould.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to discuss the plastic deformation and pressure reversal of pipe during hydrostatic testing. The higher the test pressure, the smaller the number of defects that remain undetected. In order to study the effect of hydrostatic testing, full scale burst experiments were carried out with API 5L X65 SSAW pipes of 660mm outside diameter and 12.5 mm wall thickness. Nine spiral oriented deflects had been machined in the weld. Deformations of deflects were measured. The pressure reversal was computed. It can be concluded that if a hydrostatic test can be successfully accomplished without the failure of any defect, the likelihood of a pressure reversal will be extremely small.

Abstract: There are numerous applications of pressure vessels in aerospace field for storing liquid or gaseous media. Generally the metallic vessels have been manufactured by welding two hemispheres, which are machined or spin-formed. In this study, the solid state bonding method was utilized with blow forming to manufacture aerospace titanium tanks. This solid state joining technology replaced the welding process and without any secondary material or liquid phases in bonding process, homogeneous microstructure was obtained at bonding interface. Using this method, a titanium tank of a space vehicle was manufactured and during a hydraulic pressurizing test, the strain and acoustic emission signals are observed to investigate the effect of solid state bonding method on the failure mode and performance of the tank.. This result was compared with the one made by conventional method of spin forming and welding. The result shows that the pressurization rate and the acoustic emission signal increasing rate provide a similar tendency for a vessel of integrity, while the signal increasing rate is much higher than the pressurization rate for a vessel with welding defects. It is clear that the failure mode of the solid state bonded tank is different from the welded tank due to the completely united interface by diffusion process.
