Abstract: In order to fully prevent flying rocks casting to surrounding constructions in blasting demolition project, fault tree analysis was used for safety evaluation. The analysis and calculation of minimal cut sets and structure importance indicates that the highest probability of flying rock accidents is caused by large quantity of maximum priming charge. And other events come second but cannot be ignored. Thus, several measures were adopted according to the analysis result and the final blasting result showed that no flying accidents happened in the whole process.

Abstract: The strain measurement is a most important and absolutely necessary task on the probing into the constitution of the materials. The ways of strain measurement are theoretically divided as the mechanical type, vibrating-string type, inductive type and bonded resistance type, and the last one is widely used for its high precision and convenience. The geogrid, which has been widespread in the reinforcement structures, is more and more popular for its high strength, good toughness, corrosion resistant, anti-fatigue and effective interaction with soil. The geogrid is made of polymer, its ultimate strain can reach above 10%, and it is sensitive to the time, furthermore it usually has significant relative displacement with soil in the tests. Then some measures have to be taken to make the measuring range wider and make the all gauges achieving synchronization, measures also should be conducted to prevent the strain gauges separated from the geogrid when it has slightly bending, prevent the wires break when the gauges going forward and reduce the influences from the forward preventing measures. Some researchers have showed their techniques to avoiding part of the above problems. Based on a series of pullout tests of geogrid, this paper gives the contrast and analysis on those techniques above, and lists the relative measures that used in these tests, especially for the gauge sticking techniques and preventive measures.

Abstract: Tower crane are widely used in construction and installation in our country, especially in high-rise building, tower crane is indispensable construction machinery. But the tower crane accident happen high frequency. This essay based on the accident tree analysis methods, combined with tower crane accident type which establish accident tree model, and then resolve the minimal segmental sets, analysis the accident cause factor, According to the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of fault tree analysis, we can put forward some prevention ways and control measures to the tower crane accident in those aspects of unsafe actions of the human beings, insecure status of objects and the defects in safety management.

Abstract: Rockburst is a common dynamic failure phenomenon in deep-buried underground construction process, which greatly threatened the safety of equipment and person. In the paper, combined with the engineering of Xinjiang Xiabandi hydraulic and the Russense’s rockburst criteria, the finite element analysis are employed to study the effect of advance dig-hole and softening of surrounding rock. The results of the study indicate that the two measures can effectively reduce the intensity of rockburst level in the construction of deep-buried tunnel.

Abstract: China is undergoing rapid economic growth and urbanization. On the one hand, in the critical period of the rapid development, the rapid expansion of high-speed railway lines makes more and more various bridges go across the river channel. On the other hand, in our country the traffic density of each river channel is ever increasing, and ships are in large-scale and rapid development stage. The conflict of shipping transport with old bridges or new bridges becomes very prominent. The causes leading to the conflict are due to the factors, such as the geological change in hydrology, bridge design defects, the deficiency of anti-collision measures, shipping mismanagement, bad weather conditions, shipping equipment failure, ship-owner’s misjudgments, and so on. By investigating the ship-bridge collision accidents occurring in the bridge construction and operation in China since 2007, this paper analyzes the natural and human factors, studying large or small influence of various factors and their solutions through typical cases. It may be helpful for the bridge design and management across the river channel in the future.

Abstract: At present, there are also very few regarding drill pipe's SCC research in chloride ion ambient medium, so it is specially important to definite the stress corrosion sensitivity of drill pipe to the influence under different chloride ion density and to provide the appraisal basis for the influence of the chloride ion density to drill pipe's corrosion. Applied the G105 drill pipe material to do Slow Stress Rate Testing (SSRT) and the electrochemical experiment under the different chloride ion environment, analyzed the variation of corrosion current and corrosion potential and observed the fracture. The results show that all of the tensile specimens' fracture morphologies are brittle fracture; and the stress corrosion cracking sensitivity of the material increases gradually with the addition of chloride ion concentration; the corrosion rate also tends to increase, but when the chloride concentration is 6000, the corrosion rate is up to a extreme value; the effect of chloride concentration to the cathode is much more than that to the anode, but the G105 pipe corrosion in different chloride solution is controlled differently. The stress can improve the stress corrosion cracking sensitivity of material in corrosion solution. The anti-corrosion principle of chloride ion corrosion is: to reduce adsorption of chlorine ion on the surface.
